Excellence service. Staff are helpful and willing to guide their guest to tourism spots which must not be missed during our stay in Macau. They even detailed out the visiting schedule, route to help us to maximize our time. Besides, they also provide great ticketing service which we need not to go to the ticket counter to get it. Some more, some tickets are comes with discount which we're not able to get if we get it directly from the ticket counter

the hotel rooms are little smaller compared to 5star category..the breakfast is not great as you find in regular 5 star hotels. however, local resturants around will not make you feel hungry..there are a lot of thai and chinese resturants all around.. very friendly staff in hotel makes you forget the shortcomings of facility. hotel has a fitness centre and nice pool.

Once we settle down, we enquire about places where we can visit. The staff was friendly can speak in multiple languages. Room was okay with comfortable bed. Convenient location to city centre and casinos. The hotel has an in house casino but we did not go.
