The hotel was clean & confortable. Staff were polite & friendly. They were helpful with inquiries about places to visit & directions to tourist attraction. However, they could improve on the room service as it takes a long time for them to deliver the pillow or towels to the room. Overall, if you are looking for an affortable and decent 3/4 star hotel, Royal Hotel would definitely be the choice.
