Shuttle to Venetian casino

sands hotel do not provide shuttle from the airport to the hotel but there is shuttle bus for venetian hotel. after asking for directions from the front desk which is located at the arrival hall, was advised to take the shuttle to venetian hotel and proceed to the west lobby entrance where you need to walk all the way across the casino with your bag, there is a shuttle to the sands. the shuttles were efficient and comfortable. the shuttle stops at the sands casino, you need to find your way to the hotel lobby which is at the adjacent building. signage was not good. room is excellent with good beddings, two big flat screen tv and a small tv in the bathroom. big sitting area with comfortable sofa. water provided in very small bottles, you can only get 4 bottles per day. silly. not convenient to walk around the hotel, no eating places except in the hotel.

bombarded with cigarette smell

we've requested a non-smoking room but none were available, as we needed interconnected rooms and the hotel was fully booked so no complaints. found workers in all hotels in macau were quite 'new' as in not so familiar with recent promotions and procedures, but they were polite at least. the lobby and the rooms were very smokey, the mix of strong air fresheners and cigarette smell is not too inviting. there is no porter at the door to carry luggage or open the door, very strange. hotel only have one big bed and no twin beds.
Travel tip:
be sure to confirm a non-smoking room if non-smoker

The room was very huge, complemented with 3 televisions (1 in bathroom), 1 sofas, 1 jacuzzi and the best of all we got sea-view room. The front desk service was very fast, it only took few minutes to process our agoda booking voucher. Notes: we selected this hotel because there was 3 days deal discount (exclude wifi and breakfast though).
Sightseeing/Attractions Tip:
The location is closed to several museums: Macau Science Center, Macau Museum of Art, Macau Handover Gift Museum. Although you have to take taxi if you want to visit old historic sites (ie: Senado Square, Guia Fortress, A-ma Temple).

it was our first time to stay in this hotel. surprisingly the room is so spacious and clean. there is even a jacuzzi in which you can't expect this in macau hotel in such a cheap price. 2 big led tv in the room and the bed is so comfortable. we plan to stay there again.

The suites at the sands are top class at a good price.
The room was very large and beautifully decorated, providing a nice feeling, alot of times in Macau the rooms may look good but you dont really want to spend time in there, however the rooms at the Sands were very comfortable.
Even a tv in the bathroom and room service food quality was excellent.
Will definately stay again.

The location is good and easy to find and the room is big but the price is higher than the others as others hotel will provide breakfast for this price (night) but it is not. Not more service provides. Free shuttle bus provides but not allows children. So it is very inconvenience for the family that stays with children.
