I had a wonderful stay for one night in this hotel. Everything was great. Very efficient check in and check out which could be made at the Club Lounge at 4/F if you have booked a Club Room which is highly recommended.

I really loved our stay in Sheraton. I expected to have the standard room but ended up with the Family Suite. Staff were just awesome! They know their job so well. I loved the restaurants found within the hotel. Casino was not that big but enough to have fun. I would really recommend this hotel to all!

I had a great stay on our Executive Suite room during my birthday. The hotel staff even gave a birthday card and a birthday cake. The room is so clean and everything is so new. It has a modern design.

Sheraton hotel is a huge hotel .i was very happy to choose this hotel .we took family suite and because of my daughter bedroom was so beautiful my daughters did not want to go outside the room .They had ouii to play with 3d tv .No need to buy water everyday you will have a bottle for each .From this hotel you can go by walking to the other hotels .If you need to play in casino they have a programm for the children where they can paint,watching movies...This hotel has a variety of food at the breakfast.I absolutely recommend it .

Sheraton Macao Hotel is a new and clean hotel.
Sheraton Macao Hotel is convenient with a grand shopping mall. However, the food at the food court is not good. On the other hand, the other restaurants are too expensive.
