Sintra Hotel, Macau

Hotel is in clean condition. it's located near the shopping area and you can hop on the bus easily to visit A-ma Temple. Very close to Lisbao and other casino. It would be great if this hotel have shutter bus for airport transfer. However you can use Lisbao's shutter van for transportation from ferry terminal.

Enjoyed my stay at Sintra Hotel, good location near shopping area & casinoes. Hotel staff are polite and helpful. The newly renovated rooms are cleaned and comfy though i was not in the room most of the time.

Once I reached the airport, I was busy looking for the complimentary transfer to the hotel. It took me quite a while to figure out which bus to board on since Hotel Sintra shares the similar bus with casino lisboa. I finally arrived at the hotel, the bellboy was very friendly and helpful, though the reception staff wasn't in her best mood. We were given a non-smoking room at level 12, the room was very impressive. Good value for a place in macau. Didn't look quite 3-star to me. It deserves another level up though. Bathroom was clean, bed was comfortable, though the satellite TV had some problem in switching between channels. On the following morning, we were frightened by the housekeeper. She came into our room while we were just out from the shower. She apologized for that, as she didn't realise that our room was on the "Do not disturb" mode. On the following day, we walked all the way to the china border (guangzhou) and was lost. There were many buses at the exit who offered free transfer to the hotel. So we toughed our luck to catch the similar bus as on the day of arrival, but was gutted upon knowing that they only provide free transfer to the casino (guests at the casino). So we had to walk all the way back trying to figure out how to get to the hotel. Overall, it was a pleasant stay. We will stay in the same hotel for our next trip to macau.

The location of this hotel is really good. It's near casinos and not far to walk to Senedo square. If I go to Macau, I'll stay at this hotel.

The hotel staff are courteous and very helpful. They gave directions when asked, and even kept our bags for us despite us forgetting to get a stub for our luggages. The hotel also has a shuttle that brings you to the Macau ferry for free. Great value for money.

This is a very well maintained hotel, very safe, clean and nicely decorated. Staffs are polite and friendly. It is located near popular main tourist spots such as the old historical district and St. Paulo. Definitely value for money. This is going to be my top choice for hotel in Macau and I will strongly recommend this hotel to others.

Sintra Hotel is a very good budget hotel. It has an excellent location. It is just 10 minutes away the famous tourist attraction - Senado Square and 5 minute away from Grand Lisboa while Grand Emperor is just across the street. It is also very near a 7-11 convenience store, New Yaohan Mall (with food court)and Mc Donalds incase you want to have breakfast outside the hotel. They don't have their own shuttle/bus service but they share with Grand Lisboa which is not bad at all since you only have to wait for a 15minute interval to-from the ferry terminal. Over all, I will definitely stay here again for my November Trip to Macau.

I enjoyed my stay at the Sintra Hotel. Its location is one of its best features, plus the courtesy and helfulness of the staff. I was pleasantly surprised to receive an upgrade on my room...and I didn't even have to ask for it! Breakfast was very good as was the cleanliness of the room. All in all, I had a most satisfying stay at this fine hotel in the Gaming Capital of the World!

I've been there for the first then full of impression. Location is perfect of traveller. Staffs are helpful. Room is very clean. I won't miss you out next time

Clean, friendly and well located I will recommend this hotel to anyone that never been to Macau. The staff is efficient and kind. The room that I stayed had no view but it was clean and comfortable.

The service of the hotel managers is very good. I need to upgrade my room as the normal rooms were all taken up. The premier room is more spacious and very comfortable. But for me, I seldom spend much time in the room, so I can go without all this luxury. The location of the hotel is good as you can walk to senado square and almost all the main tourist attractions(except venetian). The hotel staff can provide all the directions that you need and they can speak English. There is a Yaohan opposite the hotel and some cafe scattered around, so there shouldn't be any problem getting food or doing shopping.

Very nice location for tourist, Clean and Clear hotel. Staffs are helpful, but English is needed to improve.

Hotel is in the very good Location,in down town can walk to many place and close to Shopping center NEW YAOHAN. Many shops many Restaurants and Casino near by. Easy to get the Taxi and buses to go anywhere.it close to the Business area many Banks around and safe to walk at night.

I always like to stay in sintra whenever i come to macau, its the only hotel for me that is really very convenient and accessible to anywhere in the city.The price is reasonable. The location is good, hotel guest relations are very accomodating, clean facade, clean bathroom which is a very important thing for us as travelers.The beds are quite comfortable.That's why im looking forward to my next stay in sintra.
