Great location-stone's throw away from well known casinos, tourist spots, and transporaton; charming rooms; friendly and helpful hotel staff
can't think of any (i just rated food.dining a 3 because I wasnt able to try it)
With the really good price, we were not expecting much. But as we stepped into the hotel lobby, we immediately knew that we made the wisest choice. It's just across the well known casinos in Macau; so any tourist will feel being right in the middle of all the action. It felt safe any time of the day, and the district was pretty much alive 24 hrs. We just walked to the St. Paul ruins and all other tourist spots. A bus stop was just round the corner, so we didn't have problems moving about. OVerall, it was a great stay. Will definitely stay there again.
Sightseeing/Attractions Tip : Near tourists attractions

Room was large enough with clean interiors; Location was great; Staff was very helpful and friendly
Bus service to the airport would have completed the package; otherwise, everything was great
The place was near popular tourist spots and casinos. We just walked a few minutes to get there. And if you want to go elsewhere, tranportation was easily accessible through a bus stop nearby or taxis. Convenience stores and shops are very near as well; perfect for shoppers. The staff was friendly- most know how to speak English so that's a plus. They would also recommend places to go to. Overall, we liked the experience. We will book there when we visit Macau next!
Restaurant Tip : Try the smaller looking restuarants near St Paul ruins. Really good authentic Chinese food!

Room – The rooms were clean, spacious with all the usual amenities (coffee, desk, safe, toiletries).
Breakfast - above average.
Reception staff were not friendly, lobby is small and almost without sitting facilities.
The room was clean and had amenities such as cable television, a safe, hot water dispenser, mini bar and bath tub.
The reception staff were efficient and helpful but not friendly and lobby is small and almost without sitting facilities.
The location is great and hotel do provide free shuttle bus to ferry terminal.
Shopping Tip : The location is great. Approx. 10 mins walk to the main shopping/tourist sightseeing area (Senado Square) and 2 mins to Grand Lisbao casino and 5-10 mins to Wynn and MGM Casino.
The hotel provides free shuttle bus from morning till 10 p.m. daily at 15 minutes interval. It goes to the Lisboa Casino, ferry terminal and New Yaohan shopping centre
Try the almond cookie, Portugese Egg Tart, Wife biscuit, Pork Bun all at Senado Square. Visit the Koi Kee Bakeries for some souvenirs back home.

- Good price
- Clean & nice room
- Near City center
- Less accomodation
- Feel like stay in condo (not hotel)
- Bad television program
The Sintra hotel offer you a good price compare to what you pay. The hotel is near the city center - Senado Square. You can take a walk just 3 mins. to the center and 5 -10 mins. to other main tourist points. The room in the hotel is nice and clean, but not very large. If I have a chance to go to Macau again, Sintra hotel is still my first choice to stay.
Hotel Feature Tip : From the Macau International Airport, you can take a free shuttle bus of Grand Emproror and walk just 1 min. from Grand Emporor to Sintra Hotel. Enjoy!

Great Location - Grand Lisboa and other hotels/casinos are just a stone's throw away while Senado square was a 10-minute leisurely walk; Value for Money - the hotel had all the standard amenities and had a cozy ambiance.
The members of the hotel staff are not too fluent in English.
Shopping Tip : A lot of nice shops can be found at the Senado square path leading to the ruins of St. Paul.

Very comfortable during stay in this hotel.
A bit difficult to find the meter-taxis.
Small hotel but very clean. Bed is comfortable and staff is helpful. Five minutes walk to Senado shopping area, St.Paul church, close to money exchange couters, banks and Grand Lisboa. Easy to get the buses and sighseeing around Macau city and all major attractions. If I return to Macau I will stay at Sintra again.
Shopping Tip : close to Senado shopping area, banks, money exchange couters and St.Paul Church.

i liked the location. its near the casinos yet when you enter the hotel its quiet
My last check in at sintra hotel was years ago and i'm so happy to see that the hotel has now a busy location. It's near the senado square, walking distnace to st. paul ruins and walking distance to big casinos.
Restaurant Tip : there's a nice restaurant beside the hotel that serves good chinese food and reasonable pricing.

The hotel appears basic at the lobby, but actually has good, clean, comfortable rooms. There is also a reasonable restaurant on the first floor.
Sightseeing/Attractions Tip : Handy location for seeing Macau, even on foot.
