Room size, room facilities, beds. We enjoyed our stay in this hotel and found it to be great value and very comfortable. The rooms were spotless and room facilities themselves were plentiful. The location was ideal, near the centre and walking distance from most main points of interest.

Great location, walking distance to all the must-sees in Macau. The decor is tired and dull. This is an averagely priced hotel with a VERY GOOD location. We stayed for 2 nights didn't need to take a cab or bus anywhere. The room was spacious but was badly in need of new carpets, wardrobe, etc.
Hotel Feature Tip : If you've booked this hotel and arrive in Macau at the ferry terminal, just walk towards all the buses and ask for the Sintra shuttle bus. Amazingly, this hotel provides FREE SHUTTLE BUS service. Just take note that the bus does not bear HOTEL SINTRA markings...they share it with another hotel. so, ask the folks around you and they'll point you to it.

Generally I enjoyed staying at Sintra, I will definitely stay there again if I visit Macau again. Good value for money for a three-star hotel.
Sightseeing/Attractions Tip : Very near the Senado Square, walking distance to the St. Pauls and the Macau museum. You can hop at the bus of the hotels near Sintra free.

Met Singaporeans and others during the visit to Senado Square, found out they also stayed in Sintra Hotel. Reason being the price is reasonable and it is a convenient hotel in Macau.
Sightseeing/Attractions Tip : Shuttle service to Macau HK ferry terminal only, you can take shuttle bus provided by the nearby hotel to airport.

Rooms are newly renovated with block out shutters, got use to the firm beds. Loved the location & great customer service/friendliness of the hotel staff very happy to help out with info.

The room is big and clean The price is a little bit high. I love this hotel the area is very near senado
square and casino lisboa. The room is quite big
and clean. I can walk to the Ruin of St. Paul and casa garden and so many place to visit. It is not
to take a bus to go everywhere. It is very easy to sightseeing all famous place in Macau. The New Yoahan Departmentstore is behind of the hotel and you can find many food inside on 7 floor.
Sightseeing/Attractions Tip : This hotel is very near the Senado Square and all
the Big Famous Casino such as LisBoa Grand, the
Wynn Casino. I love this hotel.

We waited for nearly an hour for the hotel shuttle to pick us up from the ferry terminal due to poor signage of the hotel shuttle bus. The hotel was full and didn't have a queen bed for us and we had to settle for two single beds for two nights.
