met friendly services throughout my stays. we got helped whenever we requested. even the concierge man are helpful helping carrying all the luggage to the bus station until the bus arrived. location wise are centrally located with free shuttle provided as well. room provided are clean. will recommend friends about this hotel.

When i reach the hotel, the staff said i could not check in as the room is not ready but while they are checking in my details i was so suprise as they free upgraded my booking from standard to deluxe so i do not need to wait for few hours due to that day is my birthday.. it was so sweet and nice present from the hotel....
For sure i will be go back to that hotel when i visit macau again..
Overall is a nice hotel, comfortable room, sweet and friendly staff
Sightseeing/Attractions Tip:
hotel located at central of Macau so is very convinient to move around...

manager on duty at the time we checked in is very accomodating. but the staffs does not smile at all.
only the doorman and bell boy do smile and the manager.

it's good location but i got a bad impression while i check-in because they let only 1 new staff handle even in counter have 4 staff there. check-in precess was really slow and many people rush my q. room was clean they really helpful more than any staff in that hotel.
Sightseeing/Attractions Tip:
you can walk to senado square, holy of marcy, st' dominic's square/church,
the cathedral, lou kau mansion, ruins of st' paul's, na tcha temple etc. on;y 5-10minutes. and also can go to the venetien by city of dream free shutter bus. the bus will park a side of hotel.

Our stay there was pleasant. Staff were accommodating and friendly. Although sometimes you could here people talking loud on the hallway or on the adjacent room. But overall, it was quite a good stay for us. We will surely go back to this hotel.

Room was comfortable enough as our stay was very brief since it was only for the night. Front desk staff was average, but the bell service staff was very helpful in terms of information around the city. The location of the hotel was very ideal.
Travel tip:
Very easy to get to this hotel. From the airport, take the AIP bus and get off at the Macau ferry terminal and take another bus#3 and you will be drop off just at the corner of this hotel.
