Great location and comfortable room
Value for money due to it's location as well as spacious room / toilet, friendly staff and free transport

I strongly recommend Sintra Hotel to all who have a low budget as the money paid is defintely worth it. The room and toilet are provided with everything a guest needs. Free bus service to "City of Dreams" and Airport is available right in front of the hotel. Only walking distance to Grand Lisbao Casino and the portuguese square. I can keep on commenting but definitely all positive...

wonderful scenery and big hotel. the room is very spacious and our room was upgraded to bigger room without extra charge. the hotel is around all the famous and high tech casino.

Very perfect location & room
1. Great Location : located in the heart of the Macau city, close to Senado Square about 5 mins walk, close to New Yaohan Shopping Center only accross the street, near good restaurants 2. Cleaned Room : very nice and clean room 3. Staff : not friendly

overall are okay, if i have a chance to be there again, i will absolutely stay at sintra hotel.. in front of the hotel, it has a free bus to the city of dream (taipa). it is very comfortable closed to many interesting places such as senado square, ruin of st.paul, macau tower and yaohan shopping center.

location is the best point of this hotel, walking distance to casinos. It would be better if the hotel provide extra pillows as many people need more than 1 pillow to sleep. Room has sofa bed that can be used for those traveling with children.
Shuttle bus from harbour is not always ready

Great Location, Very Nice Place
All the features we needed without the things we didn't need and very clean, very professional staff

The room was very clean with comfortable bed and nice bath.
Room service was very fast and the food was great.
Unlike the big resorts the lobby was small but serviceable. Staff very friendly and helpful.
Transportation was available and easy to obtain right out the front door. Within walking distance of most things on the Peninsula and a short distance from the Air Port.

near to new yao han and bus to cod is just outside the hotel

front desk personnel are very friendly and helpful, requested for connecting rooms but not available and they are very kind to arrange our rooms next to each other from, check-in is fast and rooms are clean. late check-out was also granted.
special thanks to the porter (tom, if i remember his name correctly), provide us very detail direction to famous egg tart and wong kun restaurant and transport services available nearby.
we have an enjoyable stay and will return to the hotel again.

Great location with spacious rooms

We only stayed for one night thinking there was not much to do in Macao except to gamble. But hotel is near all shopping especially the dept store- Yaohan.
We don't like the sidewalk outside the hotel because we needed to carry our heavy luggage. Other than that everything else was great for Macao vacation.
Sintra hotel is still a good choice.

Starting from 11 am, many free shuttle bus to various place such as Grand Lisboa, Lisboa, MGM, City of Dream. Plus return shuttle as well
