Every time an Agoda customer checks out of a hotel we send them an email asking them to write a review of their stay. This is the only way reviews can be submitted. Every review must then be approved by our content team before being posted on the Agoda website. Therefore, unlike many other travel sites, ALL Agoda reviews are certified and genuine.

Great room, big bed but lousy pillows
king size bed not easily found in all hotel
7.3
though the exterior looks old,we were very pleased with the king size bed.however,we bith end up going back home with injured stiffed neck due to the super flat pillows provided.aside from the pillows,we are overall satisfy with this hotel as staffs were polite & informative.note though it's stated free wifi in rooms, but you can forget about it coz we never succeed in logging in for the 2 nights stay.

Cosy hotel with affordable pricing
7.7
definately a worth staying for those with some budget constraint as the overall room ambience is quite close to 4 star range of hotel standard. location is strategic as you can take feeder bus service from the port using lisbao hotel bus. also walking distance to famous senado square. there is a famous margaret cafe across the road that sell famous portugese tart and definately not to be missed. i would stay here again for my next trip.

Large rooms, located centrally in Macau
Near to grand lisboa and the main square/shops

Ok hotel but not that many facilities for the price, probably way cheaper than staying at a casino though.
Sightseeing/Attractions Tip:
Has a free shuttle to a few casinos and the very port. You can easily get around Macau for free using the casino buses.

Centrally located hotel with all basic comforts
Excellent location, clean spacious rooms, friendly staff.
8.3
The hotel is a little bit dated, but well maintained and centrally located in old Macau city. The perfect location in the cramped little city of Macau right in between local stores and the Grand Lisboa casino complex. The rooms are spacious and comfortable with a large bed and all the expected amenities. The bathroom has all the required functions and everything worked perfectly fine. The staff are multi-lingual and very helpful. Only possible complaint is the size of the TV which leaned towards small. Also the hotel does not have its own entertainment casino complex but one can just easily cross the road to Grand Lisboa or the other casino complexes all within walkable distance. All in all, good value for money as our stay included a buffet breakfast that was not too shabby. Had a very comfortable stay and would stay here again as it is located centrally to all sites.
Sightseeing/Attractions Tip:
The hotel is centrally located in old Macau city, right next to Grand Lisboa casino for some gambling fun (as this hotel does not include its own casino) and it is also walkable to Senado Square (less than 10 minutes) and the ruins of the St Paul Cathedral. There is also a free shuttle which goes to the City of Dreams entertainment complex in Cotai (where the Venetian and the Galaxy are also) on the corner of the hotel, which departs regularly all day and night.

Old hotel with great location
near public transport and attraction sites
7.7
The hotel is quite old and you can tell that from the design and furnitue. However, itis generally a comfortable stay. The room is not so sound proof as we heard someone staying next to us quarrelling.
Lisboa Casino is just 5 min walk away from the hotel. And St. Paul Ruin is also about 15 min walk away. The most famous tart, Margaret' Cafe, is also nearby. You just need to cross one street and you will see the looong queue.
Direct bus from and to Macau and HK Ferry Terminal and it will not take more than 25 min.
Since we came in early Oct, the hotel fee is pretty high comparing to non-peak period. I paid almost Macau $ 1500 for one night. However it is still reasonable price if you compare it with those 5 star hotel.
Sightseeing/Attractions Tip:
near lot of attraction sites. all within walking distance.
