Very conveniently located. Staff are very friendly and helpful. The lifts are rather slow and there's no free internet connection available. The hotel is very conveniently located and within walking distance to many casinos and sightseeing spots. The staff are very friendly and helpful. The rooms are clean and spacious. The frequency of the free shuttle bus to/from the ferry terminal is also quite regular. I would surely stay at the Sintra Hotel again when I go back to visit Macau. I would also recommend this hotel to those who wish to have a clean, nice, relatively inexpensive, friendly place to stay at.
Restaurant Tip : Try the Portugese Egg Tart and set lunch at the Macau Restaurant located opposite the hotel. The taste is good and the prices are reasonable.

Good location,
clean hotel. The hotel is clean and is in good location. Very satisfy with my stay. Attitude of the staff is ok only but generally the same as the people in Macau. The are helpful only if you approach them.
10 mins walking distance to Senando square 5 mins to Lisboa.

Good location, Shuttle bus to ferry terminal, ideal hotel for family stay.
No shuttle bus to airport.
An ideal hotel for family stay, comfortable and harmony environment because there was no casino in the hotel. But there are some big casino surrounding the area, we can go to Grand Lisboa, Wynn and Grand Emperor in just about 5 minutes walking distance.
Near to Senado square (walking distance), a must go tourism destination in Macau.
A lot of food stall and restaurant located next to the hotel, you can find some even running their business until 2am midnight.
Travel tip : If you want to visit Venetian which located at Cotai, you can take the shuttle service from Sintra to ferry terminal. From the ferry terminal, just hop on Venetian shuttle bus, and you can have a free ride all the way.

The room was large which was good since there was three of us in each room. The restaurant was excelent. There was no dish we tried that was not good. The location is also good. No real bar. There is a place in the restaurant but no atmosphere. This was my first visit to Macau. Picking the Sintra hotel to stay in was a really good choice. Service was good. English speaking staff. Walking distance to casinos. I do not gamble but it is still worth going just to see the places. There is a hotel service bus. I used it to get to the Macau - Hong Kong ferry.
Shopping Tip : The New Yohan is only a few minutes walk. A large department store.

Small lobby but clean room and excellence location ... for my 3 days staying I can said everything is good in order. The hotel's staff is friendly, the room is clean and tidy.
Hotel is situated in a right location, just 4 to 7 minutes walk to reach Senado Square.
You can find various of food store and restaurant nearby hotel, the best egg tat cafe is right at the corner.
For those who like shopping, you can spend time in New Yaohan just a 2 minutes walk from hotel.
For those who enjoy gambling the Emperor Casino is the nearest, Grand Lisboa Casino is just 6 minutes walk.

Room clean, big and comfort. The room was clean and confort, very near to prime area. Bus service provided by the hotel, to and from jetty. Good location, easy to travel around the Macau Town. I will chose Sintra Hotel for my next trip to Macau. Have lots of joy and fun while staying at Sintra Hotel. Hightly recommanded to all.

-clean rooms The Sintra hotel is ideally located near the city center with many shops, eateries, restaurants and other casinos like the Grand Lisboa, Wynn ect. You can reach the city center in 3-5min by foot. The rooms were big enough and quiet. The staff were helpful. The hotel is not far from the Yuet Tung ferry terminal from where you can leave to Shenzhen.

This hotel is a good choice in a great location. A nice option if you want an alternative to the OTT casino hotels, but still want to be in the center of all the action. The rooms/bathrooms are very nice but a bit overpriced (as is the rest of Macau's hotels at weekends). Very close to the main clutch of casinos (Lisboa etc), the old Portuguese area, plus good shops and restaurants.

Hotel's interiors are a bit outdated. Overall satisfied with the hotel except for the hotel interior is a bit outdated, definitely needs some renovation or upgrading work to be done. Nevertheless, it is still clean and the beds are comfortable. Location is strategically located near to shopping areas, restaurants and historic places. St Paul's Ruin is only 15 mins away from hotel by walking. The New Yaohan is just behind the hotel next to Grand Emperor Hotel. Also they provide shuttle bus service to Macau Ferry Terminal.

have shuttle bus to ferry pier. No shuttle bus from airport, have to take Grand Emperor and cross the road. Good location to stay, Hotel situated in prime location, convenient for bus or walk to sightseeing like Senado Square, Grand Lisboa, Lisboa, Wynn, Good and Helpful staff. Clean and comfortable room, have 7-11 downstairs the hotel in case u r hungry in late night, next to best bar b cue duck restaurant.
Shopping Tip : Don't forget to take map for Bus number.

Good location. I really enjoyed staying in Sintra hotel. The rooms we stayed in are very nice, clean, spacious bathroom. Front desk staff are very nice, helpful.
The location is very convenient, near Senado Square, Ruins of St Paul church. Nearby are other casinos like Grand Lisboa, Wynn, WGM where you can enjoy the show. There is free hotel shuttle bus to Macau Ferry.
Travel tip : Across the street is Grand Lisboa where you can enjoy free dance show at night.

Very good location, clean environment, good english speaking staff. No breakfast is provided. Once again Sintra Hotel is our choice to stay in Macau. This is our second visit to Macau and stayed in Sintra Hotel whereby we enjoyed the first visit very much and therefore decided to visit Macau and stay in Sintra again. Sintra Hotel has a great location, no matter to the central area or to the casino. We feel very safe to stay there with clean, comfort and pleasant environment. The charges are reasonable and we definitely will stay again or recommend to our friends and relatives.
Shopping Tip : The shopping area is within the walking distance. The casinos are not far at the corner.

The hotel is centrally located. Close to most hotels, attractions, walking distance to San Malo shopping area and ruins. The rooms are spacious with lots of creature comforts Hotel check in staff could be more friendlier. Too much riff raff in the hotel premises late at night I first stayed at Sintra Macau 2 years ago because of the pleasant experience I had at Sintra hotel in Lisbon Portugal. I am not sure if they're affiliated. I wasnt disappointed because the rooms were spacious and comfortable with a touch of modern at Sintra Macau. The coffee shop needs a more diversified menu though and the Hotel Lobby could use more pizzazz. I just wish they could be more consistent with their room rates than fluctuate and appreciate twofold in a span of hours
