arrived at macau ferry terminal and took some time to find the shuttle bus, no signage board or staff to lead us, other hotels have staff to lookout for their guest. in the end, manage to find the shuttle bus which is park in the middle of carpark, partially hidden by other hotels bus. wondering why didnt park at normal bus bay.
however, the journey to hotel is short and the location of this hotel is great, nearby eatery and famous landmarks. easy to go around any places. confortable executive room with complimentary drinks too. it is a suprise for me. shuttle services outside hotel to casinos. only downside is no shuttle service to airport,otherwise would be prefect.

I stayed at this hotel for 1 night. Hotel room is a bit old but comfortable bed. This hotel situated at strategic location which near to tourist attractions (walking distance) and they do provide free shuttle bus service to/from the Macau Maritime Ferry Terminal. But the time is not fix (Approximate 15-30minutes). However you can take the shuttle bus service to Grand Emperor Hotel which is more frequent and on time. Just don't tell the driver that your destination is Grand Emperor Hotel. Will stay again for next visit because they provide quite good service & friendly atmosphere.

fast check in & check out.staff very polite.hotel near new yaohan department store.free shuttle bus to the city of dream.a walking distances to the ruins of st paul and many histories place.a only dissapointment is the food price quite pricey nearby.
will come back again if visit macau next time.

Great location! you just need to walk for 5minutes, you can reach Macau Attraction.
And the shuttle bus stop was just in front of the hotel.

There is alot of shopping mall around this hotel area

Had a pleasant stay with Sintra few days ago. The receptionist and bellboys are very helpful through out our stay (contrast to rude ppl everywhere we go during our MC and HK trip). Plus point definite being near to all major casinos, restaurant and tourist area

Sintra Hotel is really a nice hotel, at first, with the amount that i pay, i thought i can't espect too much, but somehow after i reach the hotel, i was so surprise with the services and the room faiclities. It is like staying in a 4 or 5 star hotel. For sure i will stay back this hotel if i have the chances to go Macau again.
