Walking distance to Grand Lisboa, Wynn, MGM and Grand Emperor casino. 10 mins walk to Senado Square. Sitting area at Lobby only has two chairs.
Try add sofas and long seat. Booked 3 grand deluxe rooms for stay in November.
Rooms clean and spacious. Hotel staff especially the bellboys are courteous and helpful. Hotel got free shuttle to ferry terminal. Dim sum at hotel restaurant hot and nice. Hotel don't have casino but have few slot machines for enjoyment.
Sightseeing/Attractions Tip : Hop on to free shuttle bus for day trip to zhuhai
at crown emperor casino. Starts 9am.

Big Rooms with great views, great breakfast The room was very spacious and clean - great view from the window. The Buffet breakfast was great, with an extensive choice of food from everywhere. The staff were helpful and friendly. The automatic doors on the toilet were a revelation!!!
Sightseeing/Attractions Tip : Although there's a lot to see, it's all a bit Las Vegas and man made.

very closed to shopping area, good service, the lobby of hotel has small sofa i really feel confortable when arrives this hotel, most staff here can speak English well and very nice with customers. This palce is safe and peace.

Hotel is located in the central of Macau where we could access most of the attraction areas in walking distance. The hotel shuttle service only available for same day checked-out guests. If we were back from Mainland China the next day, then we can't enjoy the facility as other hotel shuttle provides. Before I book this hotel, I am wondering how true are the messages as commented by experienced guests saying its 'A very worth for money hotel in Macau'. Now, my family and I support it and agreed with those who stayed here before. If you plan to go to Macau for a break, please try this hotel and you will not regret.

Luxury, Elegance, Great, Comfortable Location is not that good. The hotel is very luxurious and elegance. The casino in the hotel is also great. The room is very grand, clean and comfortable. The hotel staffs is OK. It is worth your spending to stay here. The only thing I don't like is its location, which is not close to the city. But that is not big problem, because there are many places to visit and to do in the hotel itself.

Many popular tourists destinations are within easy reach. Hotel is fairly well maintained. Personnel are friendly and helpful. Fairly good value for money. Due to constraints of space, corridors are narrow, room size is less generous. Sintra is recommended for the budget conscious and those who want to be near the exciting spots of Macau. You will enjoy your stay as most of your needs are within reach. The free shuttle buses are a plus point. It is a no frill hotel that offers you value for money and convenience. We did enjoy our stay there and would not hesitate recommending it to potential visitors to Macau.
Sightseeing/Attractions Tip : Try make use of the shuttle buses. They are free and very convenient.

Good clean room, everything function well Staff could be more polite to customer. We had difficulties with our key card to get into the room and they did not deal with the issue very well. Left us waiting without telling us what was happening. Checking in was easy as long as you brought the right credit card with you. I don't know what would have happened if I forgot to bring the same credit card on holiday with me.
We have requested for a double about 2 months in advance but on the day they just said that they didn't have any left. An apology would have been nice.
However, all in all the room was clean and comfortable so a par across the board.
Restaurant Tip : If you are fed up with casino restaurant then be sure to try out some local ones. They are great!

The hotel has very nice location. easy to locate by cab and is so nice inside... Great value for money The receptionist knows only a few English but can still have smooth transaction. The hotel Sintra has an advantage of really good location. They are located in the heart of Macao. What I like most is they are near in almost what you need in your travel. and the tourist spot are only walking distance. The bus ride also passes thru the hotel and has bus stop nearby. The hotel has very clean and neat room. and it's more enough for its price value. The hotel is really cheap ( Thanks to Agoda), We really like it there. We are eager to go back to the hotel. and our stay in hotel Sintra is very priceless.
Hotel Feature Tip : please study their basic language... it would help a lot...

friendly staff, very good location, reasonable price, the room is spacious and clean. the lobby area is a bit too small but the rest is just great. very friendly staff and they are very helpful. Great location 5 minutes walk to Senado square and about 8 minutes walk to Wynn Casino. Will definitely stay there again next time I go back to Macau.
Restaurant Tip : We found a nice chinese restaurant in Senado Square called Wong Chi Kei and the other one in Grand Lisbua called Noodles and Congees. They are reasonable price and the food's delicious.

Location is very close to Senando Square. Mostly, staff and hotel atmosphere are very good. The build is very close to casino and tourist attraction.
Nightlife Tip : lisboa Caciso is just opposite.
