The rooms are clean and comfy, very like going back home. Very suitable for families with children. None that i can think of. Hotels have a free shuttle service to/fro the ferry which is very convenient. Location is indeed convenient for shoppers and business travellers. There are many eatery restaurants just nearby the hotel.I stay here everytime I go to Macau and Agoda is a very reliable travel agency.

- very near to St. Paul's Ruins, Senado Square, New Yaohan, Grand Libosa, a few nice eateries etc.
- very clean room, which is a ++++++ point.
- has a bus stop nearby to go Macau-HK ferry terminal & macau tower.
- quite a centralised location. we had a very clean room, which awed us when we entered e room @ abt 2am. location is great, e St.Paul's Ruin， New Yaohan，Senado Sq， Grand Libosa is juz a stone's throw away. there are bus stops which can take u to e macau tower (no 32, flat fare 3.20) & to the macau-hk ferry terminal. there is a shutter bus service near e main door (on e left) which can take u to city of dreams, and u can walk to the venetian fr thr. thr are a few eateries around e area, which we had our meals. all in all, it is really great hotel!

Hotel situated in a prime area easily accessible to everywhere you want to go. The rooms are kept clean and the staff are very helpful in everyway. Very suitable for all age type. Most of the shopping and eating areas are nearby within walking distance. We enjoy ourselves very much and hope to come back here again soon. Will book from Agoda as they are very reliable.

Hotel is well situated. Quick access to Senado Square and Ruins of St Pauls. Was given a room on a non smoking floor as requested. Room was fairly large for a group of 3. Beds are rather stiff. When I checked with the reception about exchanging currency, I was directed to a bank. The waiting time was quite unbearable. Little did I know I could change money directly near Senado Square. Hotel Sintra is decent for a short stay. It is especially good if you want to check out the sights nearby. Good to pop by Lisboa hotel (within walking distance) for shuttle bus to other casinos, ferry terminal and barrier gate. Will stay at this hotel if I'm there for a short stay in the future.

Great staff service, nice and comfortable room, bright, provides free water The hotel is well located near the Lisboa and Emperor hotels and casinos and is near many touristy places and haunts. The room itself is comfortable and modern with many amenities and satellite TV. There's a shuttle bus nearby which goes to the City of Dreams in Taipa where you can also walk to the world-famous Venetian.
Hotel Feature Tip : You sometimes do not need to turn on the air-conditioning to sleep at night here, it's cool enough.

Centrally located: Convenient walk to the Senado which is the cenral tourist area of Macau, also comfortable walk to Lisboa and Wynn which are must sees for Macau at night.
Helpful hotel staff
Hotel Amenities are great. Not enough chairs in the lobby. Though not as fancy as Venetian Hotel or the Grand Enperor Hotel across,Sintra Hotel was a cozy affordable hotel in the heart of what Macau has to offer. It was a perfect location for a daytour of the city being just a 5 minute walk from Senado, the main tourist and shopping area. At night, you can just walk and enjoy Macau at night being just a short walk from the dazzling lights of Lisboa and Wynn Hotels.
If you want to enjoy the grandiosity of Venetian Hotel, there is a shuttle just by your doorstep to take to take you to the Ferry Terminal and then another shittle service of Venetian Hotel

Location of the hotel excellent very close to shopping area in Macau, rooms nice and comfortable very clean throughout. Checking in at the hotel reception desk very slow. They are careful and double checking everything on average it took 15 minutes to get the key to the room. Our stay at the Sintra Hotel was very good.This is the second time we have stayed here. The location of the hotel is excellent for shopping. Rooms are very comfortable, clean,spacious and offer good facilities. The only down side was the very slow checking in procedure at the reception desk 15 minutes in total.But overall excellent value for money. Highly recommended.

the hotel is located at the heart of the city. very accessible to most tourist spots and shuttle buses. grand lisboa is just a couple of steps away. no shuttle from the airport to the hotle and back. the hotel is located at the heart of the city, very accessible to the most tourist spots and shuttle buses, grand lisboa is just a couple of steps away. you may actually ride the shuttle of lisboa from the airport and then just walk to from there to this hotel. though the hotel doesnt have a shuttle going back to the airport, the bellboy can always call a taxi for you. the shuttle going to the city of dreams park beside the the hotel! walking distance to wynn hotel, mgm hotel, senado square, sait paul ruins, st dominque church, macau museum and other tourist spots at the area. just a ride going to the ferry terminal and from the ferry terminal going to the fisherman's wraft, sands casino, venetian, and other locations.
The hotel is clean and the staff where very nice. we havent tasted the food though because we where busy walking around the city and there are a lot of food around the area.
Sightseeing/Attractions Tip : always avail of the shuttle services of different hotels! we did and never spend a dime on transportation.

spacious and clean room The beds are a little hard and the room decor a little dated. My friends and I stayed for 3 nights at Sintra and really like the place. It is within walking distance to St Paul's ruins and shopping malls like New Yaohan. The hotel also provide free shuttle to the ferry terminal via Hotel Lisboa. The rooms are spacious and clean. The hotel staff are friendly and spoke good English. If you wish to take a bus to the Border to go over to Zhuhai, the bus stop is just round the corner next to the hotel.

Accessibility, spacious room, friendly and helpful bellboys and guards. Front Desk staff's inadequacies with regard to politeness, language and proper communication, no free internet connection in the room. Sintra hotel is a good place to stay if you want to be in the center of everything. The Senado square is a few blocks away for great shopping and there are shuttle buses in front of the hotel to bring you to the different hotel/casinos. The staff are friendly except for one, and in all places, from the reception area or front desk who is quite rude and does not know how to communicate properly and attend to the guest well. We were there at almost 2 in the afternoon and our rooms were still not ready and the girl asked us to wait for an hour and yet cannot commit that the rooms will be available after that hour. The bellboys and guards were friendly and helpful though. The rooms are clean and spacious for twin sharing. The bathroom is big but the water in the shower is not strong.
Sightseeing/Attractions Tip : Take advantage of the shuttle buses to go to the different luxuruious hotels/casinos which offer different settings and shows. Just be ready to have a good pair of very comfortable shoes.

Near to the city centre of Macau and Tourist attraction and Shopping location and restaurants. A bit smelly in the hotel room and the corridor area. Some kind of super glue smell and plastic smell throughout the 2 nights stay. As I mentioned, the hotel is great because it is located at city centre, it is near to everywhere that you want to go. That saves you a lot on the taxi fare. you can even walk to the tourist attraction within 15 minutes. 5 mins to Grand Lisboa Casino and New Yaohan shopping mall. Super convenient.

definitely a DECENT hotel, clean and spacious Lifts need to upgrade, too slow A DECENT and clean hotel located in a superb location, close proximities to all F&B and activities a tourist requires. Friendly and helpful staff. I will definitely stay here again should I re-visit Macau and strongly recommend any visitors planning a holiday here. Good experience.
Travel tip : Walking distance to Senado Square for food and shopping, local cakes & pasteries and St Pauls Ruins and some heritage sites. Free shuttle buses just outside hotel to take you to City of Dreams/Venetian and ferry terminal. Diagonally across Sintra, you can also access free shuttle buses outside Grand Lisbao to the border gate to Zhuhai. Must eat in Macau - Pork Rib bun and Portugues tarts, best available at Kam Ma Lun Bakery and Margaret's Cafe respectively... all within walking distance from hotel. Enjoy!!!

Strategic location to food, shopping, casinos. 5 Minutes walk to Senado Square and Ruins of St Paul. Great service by the staff. Hotel is very well upkeep, clean and managed properly. Room has complete ameneties. No extra pillows given and pillows are a bit hard. My first time staying with Sintra Hotel and I was delighted with the experience. We were greeted with smiles as we enter and check in transaction was fast. Very happy with our room as it has good amenities like bathrobes, bathtub, hairdrier, LCD TV, coffee making facilities, hot shower and a good bed. The hotel is right opposite the famous Macau Restaurant where they serve good Pork Chop Bun/Burger. Hotel is walking distance to the famous Ruins of St Paul & Senado Square, and to casinos. They also provide free shuttle service between Macau Ferry Terminal and Hotel.
Sightseeing/Attractions Tip : Near to Ruins of St Paul & Senado Square area, about 5 minutes walk. Dont need to take a taxi or bus.
