- Long que for breakfast if you wake up after 9am - No Massage - No Spa

The hotel has a very nice location. You can walk to all central parts of town. The sevice was excellent and the rooms were clean. I stayed on the 15th floor and had a great view of the City. The breakfast was excellent too, but the que to get a table was unacceptable. The gym and the pool was great, but no massage and spa in a 5 star hotel. That is something that needs to be improved. The Casion in the hotel held a very low standard and it's better to go somewhere else to gamble. The staff at the hotel were very helpful. I would definitely recommend people to stay at the hotel.

Location,I like the location . it is in the old town. Around the hotel,you can find the life of nomal Macau people. it is very near to the center of Macau. the walk distance is 10 minutes.

The room is a little bit small.

A great hotel. Good location, Nice room, Great view. I like the swimming pool. it is beautiful.

Good accommodation, good service and good bathroom accessories.

Around hotel environment not good.

This is a very nice hotel. Good accommodation of room, very nice reception service. All front desk staff are very nice and polite. And the best they are using the best bathing accessories. Nice outdoor swimming pool. Also I have upgraded to a river view bedroom. View so good. But the worst thing is the outside environment is not good enough. And the parking area still in decoration. After they finished all decoration will be a perfect hotel.
