the hotel location is not good, away from other newly developed tourist area. it is a new establishment in the old area. it is a 5-star hotel but its maintenance is not. the toilet in our room is choked but fortunately our request for changing room was efficiently handled. check-in time takes quite long but check-out is efficient. in conclusion, it is not value for money.

Hotel is so pretty. Clean and very nicely decorated. Hotel food is nothing to rave about however there are nearby places where you can have local food at a much lower price. Hotel is within walking distance of most places of interest in Macau.
Look out for free transportation to hotel from cruise center when coming from Hong Kong.

This 5 star hotel is part of the Sofitel group. The brand will give you all the confidence. The hotel is situated a little way outside the glitzy strip, although it only takes 5 min to walk to the new Grand Lisboa. We paid a little extra and upgraded to the Executive Floor, with our breakfast, afternoon, drinks and canape served in the lounge on the 16th floor, which commands a fantastic view over Macau. The extra is well worthy the money. The room is very nicely appointed with super soft pillows and comfortable mattress. The blinds are eletric-operated which is a nice touch. The bathroom is again super-deluxe using Hermes toillery. There is even a tv screen over the bath. There is a screen which you can choose to open or close between the bathroom and the room depending how much privacy you want while in the bathroom. Super thick bathrobes are provided. The room has the usual iron ironing board safe tea and coffee making and complimentary bottled water.

it is my second time to be in macau.The outlook of hotel is not looking great, a bit obsolete. And the service speed is a bit slow, as we are requested to check in by 3:00pm, which makes me a bit annoyed. However, when I get into the room, the decorations was great! And the location is very good too. All good travel spots are within walk-able distance. For those who just wanna enjoy food and travelling in Macau, this hotel would be a good choice.

The Location was excellent. Walking distance from most of the sight seeing locations and also from the other Major casinos like the wynn, grand lisboa and mgm; about 15 minutes walk. Overall very happy with the stay
Difficult to get taxi from here.

I have been to Macao many times, this whole trip was mainly about staying in the city so we could get around easier. Was clearly happy about the location, got access to all that i need in around the city like MGM, WYNN, Grand Liboa shopping centres restaurants and the casinos in house and around the area.
Was disappointed about that theres no taxi Que.
Overall stay very good.

Travel tip:
As you exit the hotel, Take a walk to the right and turn left on the red light. Plenty shops and foods all the way to the end of this street
