My wife and I stayed for unfortunately a short 3 nights. The hotel is absolutely beautiful and luxury of not only the hotel but the room also was faultless.
The staff should be commended for their impeccable service and aim to please. To ask us if we would return to this hotel - In a heartbeat. We are looking to return to Macau this year and we will not be looking past the Sofitel Macau at Pointe 16 Hotel for accommodation.
We opted for the upgrade when we arrived and it certainly didn't disappoint. Their aim to please was effortless.

The staff of the hotel were all very friendly, courteous and attentive to all aspects. The shopping area in Senado Square is just about 15 to 20 minutes walk from the hotel. Also there are good food. Thanks

they really ruined the scene

Wonderful surprise to have the opportunity to upgrade to an executive room and able to check in early. Good lounge services and location is superb. Would choose this hotel if to visit again in future.

The room is not as big as I thought but it is clean and decent, especially the bathroom, it has bathtub with TV, shower area, separated toilet. The towels are clean and soft, the accessories provided is fine in quality, I can feel the sincerity of the hotel, it treats its clients as "VIP", thats really made the people stay there feel good.
Yes, I highly recommend Sofitel Macau at Ponte 16 Hotel to you if you go to Macau next time :)
Oh, don't forget to take some photos at its balcony at 4/F,looked like you were really in Europe.

Luxury hotel with excellent service

The hotel was easy to get to from the ferry however due to it's location getting a taxi from there to anywhere can be a bit of a waiting game. Nevertheless the hotel staff where excellent, we arrived early and left late which was no issue. The room was superb, large clean and luxurious. The features of the room and the view made. It feel very special for a couples retreat. Well stocked minibar and the room service menu was ample to cater to everyone.

this was on my birthday day. as soon as i arrived to reception, this very nice gentleman, matias addressed me correctly after i handed in my passport:, happy birthday and welcome to sofitel ponte 16 macau (i had no words to say but a huge smile full of hapiness) our hotel team and management would like to wish you a happy birthday and we have a small gift for you (i got upgraded to a suite) and i got a birthday cake for breakfast in my room. i have been in many 5 star hotels around the world and this was the best stay i ever had in my life!
