great location, small rooms, decent service
centrally located, may gamble with either Macau dollars or HK dollars
6.3
smallish rooms with toiletries, hotel casino will accept Macau dollars
Hotel Feature Tip:
from HK airport take ferry to Macau island or sister island Taipa; from there ask which hotel shuttles will take you to Macau island or nearest to Sofitel

Great place to stay in Macau
central location, nice breakfast, good staff
9
hotel is centrally located 5 mins walk from senado square and close to all of the main city attractions. there is a shuttle service to taipa island to get to venetian, galaxy and world of dreams. there is also shuttle service from ferry to hotel. you don't need to get a taxi in macau at all, it's all either walking distance or shuttle service.
rooms are specious, well decorated and bed is reeaaaly comfortable, plus you got to choose the pillow type for you as well. as we were having an anniversary, hotel left a beautiful box of chocolates for us which was very delicious. breakfast is good, with a variety of choices. and very affordable, only hkd per person (although upon check-in we were told it's around 270, but the bill said, weird but nice surprise).
they also have a swimming pool (outdoor), but as we stayed in january, it was closed.
i would definitely come back.

Great hotel but not great location.
Great decor with the latest facilities, bedding and fittings...

very good hotel, however quite a fair distance from the main cbd area. taxis pretty scarce here...however very reasonable rates for a 5 star hotel.

Great service and location.

Very well located near the sea and near the old portuguese quarter. Very impressive hall and casino. Nice bar with delicate people taking care of you. Lots of people dedicated to security, which could become a bit heavy sometimes. Very good quality of the room and breakfast.

Overcrowded, waiting queus everywhere

10 minutes waiting for an elevator, 10 minutes in the queu for breakfeast every morning. Facilities are not sufficient for the number of guests that they accept.

Clean, nice and big rooms. Everything is so perfect. Staffs are very nice and friendly. There's shuttle bus from/to Macau Ferry Terminal. Easily to find local restaurants to dine.

Great modern "design" hotel. Not the biggest rooms in Macao but definitely some of the nicest. Great location, 5-10 min walk to all Macao city has to offer. Airport and Cotai strip is a 15 min cab ride.
Sightseeing/Attractions Tip:
The Macao Museum across st paul ruins
