Awesome Hotel and value for money
The room is really modern and big with superb view.

This is a great hotel to stay. The room is so comfortable with nice view and big bathroom.
You can even book your ferry ticket from the front desk.The staff is super friendly and efficient.

Thanks for the free upgrade to luxury suite which should be double price of deluxe room! not to mention Hermes amenities~ such a luxury and comfortable stay~ thanks a lot!
Last stay in 2011, hotel standard is still as high as my last stay. Will stay again for sure. I love Sofitel!

Good location but poor meal

Room is clean and nice. Very good location near city center. Free shuttle from the custom. However, difficult to have nice meal. Just a small buffet restaurant during morning and lunch. Another one western restaurant only open in the evening. Tiny swimming pool but the view is nice, the buffet restaurant is just beside it. Immagine you can sit near the pool and watching hot ladies swimming around. A small casino located on ground floor, you can go there for a free soft drink.

i spent 2 excellent days and nights at sofitel macau at pointe 16 hotel. the staff there made me feel important and welcome throughout my stay. well designed room with all amenities and facilities that are needed by a traveller. free wifi in my room. caring staff. attention to cleanliness and comfort in the room. breakfasts were delightful. foods artistically served. great variety from different cultures. i had a memorable experience staying there.

More restaurat, cafe restaurant, bar,karaoke,sutle to china broter and more transportation to another casino.
I'm very satisfied with stay at this hotel, I will recommen to my friends my famalies and my coworkers.
We will plant to stay at this hotel for my vacations next year ,we hopefully have a great deal.

this hotel have good service and clear room.Good location near the center. Luxurious room with a great view. Excellent service in Club Lounge all day long... Very friendly and helpful staff - If we`ll be back to Macau, we`ll stay in Sofitel.

Great location where locate in macau town and nearby the famous attraction " da San ban", nice and clean room although abit old...and this provide a free shuttle bus to some place. overall, it's worth for the price
Shopping Tip:
Great location where near to the "da San ban", surround of the hotel have many dry seafood and souvenir shop, especially the Michel Jackson just at the 1st floor

Lovely hotel but location is unacceptable!
Poor casino... Bad location

This hotel way not 5 start hotel... Casino is over smoked and dirty... Restorans are not 5 start! Very hard to get taxy...
But rooms are bid and in good conditions.
