Nice contemporary rooms, heavy linen, good hot shower. Service was friendly and professional. Only tried the hotel Chinese restaurant, wasn't overly impressive. We arrived by taxi and the bell boy was quick to come out and take our luggage for us. A short elevator ride took us to the top floor reception area which, staff were quite efficient. Our room was nicely appointed, containing amongst other things; tea and coffee, hair dryer, safe. There were however no English language channels on the TV. We needed an iron, which we called down for and promptly arrived. Overall a good experience.

- Perfect bathroom! the water runs very well with just right temperature.
- Good service..the receptionist as well as the doorman are very helpful.
- Good location, there are good restaurants and supermarket very near the hotel - Heater does not work very well, feel a bit freezing all night long.
- Easily to hear sound out of the room. Other guest have their kids running around the hall way during the whole evening.

easy access to bus station just 3 minutes walk. One bus ride going to the central. hotel is nice and affordable. nothing to complain about but its kinda weird coz their lobby is in the top floor of the building. :) The hotel is good and nice. Though room is quite small but just for a vacation and usually you will not stay in the hotel coz your going to have your tour around town. The price is affordable and cheap. Around the vicinity there are chinese resto that you can eat. You can also got o the other casinos around them. Venezian and the city of dreams hotel are quite near compared with the macau side. The taipa side is just 20 mins far from the macau city itself but no problem because its just one ride form the bus station ner the hotel. Overall stay is A okay!!!
