Agoda shows this hotel as being a 4 star hotel, which seems to me very over rated. I was not very impressed with this hotel. There was a strange smell when you first enter the hotel. Have to take lift all the way to hotel lobby on Floor 21 to sign in to your room. Even though the room was quite large, the furnishing is very basic and the beds are hard as rocks. The location is also quite out of the way.

It is easily get around by using public transportation. Many supermarkets and shops nearby and can easily get food or drinks. The shuttle bus is not easy to take and the food in the canteen is all right. buffet is available and not very expensive .Will come here again and would recommend other to stay here.

The hotel was good, in terms of crew and amenities. We availed of the breakfast they serve, and the price was great. Buffet breakfast at very low price! The only problem that we encountered was in terms of its location. Either we didn't know how to navigate the streets near the area, or we just found it difficult to find the hotel once we go around.

Except the location is convenient, the service is good from the front desk staff (only 1, not all); actually I can say there is no other good experience I have during my stay. Example, the bed is very hard just like we are sleeping on the wood. The waitresses including the supervisors, the chef who cooks the egg are very impolite, can say there is no professional service can be found at all.
When we went inside the washroom, we could see hair on the soap bottle which we haven't used it before (feel horrible) and how come the electric water heater is non-stop boiling as there is no auto stop button which is very dangerous.

Hotel shuttle service was not well maintained. Waited for more than an hour and designated hourly shuttle bus service did not arrive to pick us back to hotel. Was not informed that shuttle bus has broken down. It is not acceptable that hotel does not have any backup shuttle service leaving hotel guests stranded without any information.
