Located in Taipa where the location is a little out of place. Not much to walk to near the hotel. Some construction going on, which makes it looks untidy.
Anyway, I did not spend much time in the hotel to really dislike it to the core. If you have to then you are definitely not in Macau!!
Friendly & helpful staff.
- Regular bus trip to ferry terminal and Dragon hotel located in Macau island. Plan your timing accordingly and won't have to worry about taxi.
- Not given Chinese name in the website, most drivers in Macau does not know the English names of the smaller hotels.
- Rooms are not very nice and worst of all there are no slippers provided, which makes my feet cold when going to the toilet!
- Travel tip : As mentioned above, there ain't much around the area within walking distant!
You can go around Macau by bus near hotel

The hotel near bus-stop you can go around Macau by bus. You can walk about 2-3 min to bus-stop and walk 2-3 min to supermarket. There is a van to go to Macau island every hour. If you want to go to the Venetian Hotel , you can go by taxi about 25$. The room very clean and not too small but not big too. The Staff Performance is nice. Breakfast is no good.
Good casino and good service
Breakfast is no good.
- Restaurant Tip : Behind the hotel there is a Chinese restaurant but the waitress can speak English.

Overall a suitable value for money and location is good , the casino inside was ok and will do better in the future with a facelift, especially since Taipa and Cotai zone is bound to boom in the near future.
For a start the location is good right in the heart of Taipa close to the airport and Venetian and Four seasons hotel.
The concierge was helpful and the rooms are well appointed as everything was functioning well.
The shower had good water pressure and the bed was cosy.
Breakfast was a good spread and the staff quite professional.
The Lobby being on the 21st floor was inconvenient.
Also the exterior of the hotel needs a touch up and better projection, i found it difficult to locate the hotel after my dinner.
- Restaurant Tip : There is a good Indian restaurant - Indian garden and a french restaurant nearby.

Taipa Square Hotel / Casino is very well located and their staff are highly trained to give guests a positive experience. The procedures of the organisation are well established and followed by staff, however they showed an ability to be flexible with unusual circumstances: my fiance hurt her foot and could not walk, so restaurant staff allowed me to make a plate freom the generous and well appointed buffet breakfast to take to her in our room.
Room was very clean and well appointed. Breakfast was excellent - and included in rooom price. Staff were friendly and helpful. Check in / check out was very efficient.
Entrance to the hotel smells like an ashtray.
Fitness room takes in a lot of water during rain
- Hotel Feature Tip : The hotel shuttle bus is very convenient and links with another shuttel bus to take you to the border crossing into China - saving about 150 MOP in taxi fares

The taxi driver did not know where to find this hotel... although when we arrived I'm not sure how he can never have seen it before, it is well lit!
Rooms were good size although I'm not sure why I would want 2 single beds.
Easy to walk around to sites around Taipa, although there would be other accommodation closer to the major casinos.
Good room size.
Quiet despite being inside a casino.
Didnt like reception on 21st floor.
Hard beds.
Excellent hotel

My room was beautiful, comfortable, had a view and a bathtub. I was very comfortable.
Shuttle should run more often to the ferry.
The water in the mini bar costs money, though no prices are posted. The breakfast is very nice.
There is a bus stop next to the hotel that goes everywhere in Macau, and the Cotai strip with all the new hotels is very close as well. You can also walk to a wonderful old Portuguese village which is not to be missed.
