-near to aiport -near to venetian -transportation is convenice -view is good -big bathroom

-room is small -furniture bit old -breakfast has little choice and is crowded with tourist. -bed is hard

Overall a stay in taipa square just ok with all the convenient like easy to get a bus and near to airport and attraction spot. but the room is kinda small and the staff is not so friendy as other hotel we stay when our visit to Macau. the dealer in the casino also hv attitude problem, and have less choice of games to play off. its bit over rate for this hotel and over value for the price.

Shopping Tip : the mini market beside have very cheap mineral water and tasty cup noodle. dont miss it

Cleaniness and nice bed

placement of bed too tight and door of room without some sort of insulation to lessen outside noise from being heard.

All in, the room is comfortable and the bed is very nice for a good night sleep after all the walking about. It would be better if the shower can be of the movable shower instead of the fixed one as it tends to splash water everywhere. The room I had was a bit tight and would do better if it was revised on the placement of the bed. Though the price is bit stiff, its quite worth the price and location good.

Shopping Tip : Good shopping supermarkets around the hotel and things are reasonably priced

Hotel is near to Venetian and the airport which is good enough. Very convenient. Price is reasonable as well. The hotel staff is nice and quite efficient.

Small Mocha. More slot machines / tables can be put in the Mocha.

It is just 5 mins cab to Venetian Casino. There are 2 nice food stall near Taipa square hotel which they also includes take aways and they serve hot and delicious food. The hotel is located at good location which is also just 5 mins from the Macau airport. Travellers can try their luck on the last day in Mocha which is inside the hotel.

Nightlife Tip : 5 mins cab to Venetian Casino.

rooms are large, staff are courteous

breakfast is always the same; no other variety

i will recommend this hotel to my friends who will visit macau and i will definitely stay here again as well. the place is clean. the area is quiet that i enjoyed walking around even at night. the room where we stayed is big. for others who didn't like the bed, well i loved it - i'm comfortable with it. the place is near the venetian, mt carmel church and other historical places. Kudos!

Restaurant Tip : try the pastelleria de koi kei almond cake - yummy!

the facility is good, staff are friendly and nice.I got the room where I can see the main land.

if you are planning on staying in Macau for short time. probably good idea to find hotels in main land.

despite of the fact that the location of the hotel is away from main land, you can take the shottle bus to get to Golden Dragon Hotel every one hour for free in front of the hotel. Taipa villege is within walking distance, you can buy souvenir there and there's famous caffe too. if you wish to stay longer with quiet neightborhood, that's the hotel you are looking for I would love to stay there again.

Great Location. Good standard. Western friendly

Should have been a bitt more switched on to New Year's Eve.

The Taipa Square hotel is one of Macau's best kept secrets and great value. Free bus from the Ferry terminal and always offering good quality at an affordable price. Call in to the 'Sports Bar' only 50m Away from the entrance for one of the best bars in Macau with several draft beers.

Nightlife Tip : For an alternative to the casinos..try the Sports bar for drink, food, and sometimes an excellent band, for one of the best bars in Macau. Only 50m from Taipa Square Hotel...

Location is good for eating

Less double bed room

We arrive hotel at 6:00pm, but they said no double bed room is available - very disappionted. The hotel is near Rua do Cunha, we walk about 10 minutes. But if you want go to large casino, you may need to take taxi. The room is so so, not bad; but there is smoke smell in the room.

location was good, close to the old town of Taipa. we got a good view of the Jockey club. Staff were friendly.

breakfast was fair, but it was included.

the hotel is quite new. staff were friendly and helpful. Location is good cos it's not far from the famous souvenir street which sells all those almond cookies. supermarkets are within close proximity. transportation is accessible, bus stop is 5 mins away, taxi is always available. reasonable price but weekend could be very expensive.

Shopping Tip : just walk about 10 mins and you'll find all the famous portuguse restaurants and almond cookies stores.

Rooms & bathrooms are big enough and clean for what we paid for. Toiletries such as toothbrushes and combs are also provided.

Hotel staffs at front desk are not very helpful and are unwilling to answer questions when inquired about transport or places.

We had a hard time communicating in English with the cab drivers and most don't know the hotel's location although we showed them the written address. The rooms are value for money and we got what we ask for; No smoking floors and all rooms on the same level. Although I must say that the bed are quite hard. Overall, we enjoyed staying at Taipa Square Hotel and will consider staying there in future.

Travel tip : For English speaking guests only, I would suggest that they travel around Macau with hotel's address written in Chinese.

good customer service shuttle bus available every hour from 10 am to 9pm from hotel to macau city and ferry terminal clean

Appreciate if English is used widely. Mostly speak in Cantonese and Mandarin

I had an enjoyable 3-night stay at Taipa Square. It is near the airport and within walking distance to Ruo da Chunha and Taipa House of Museum and Rua do Regedor where you can find lots of eating outlets from chinese to western. It is also near the stadium. To go over to Macau city, just take the shuttle bus from hotel to save cost. Breakfast is also easily available round the corner. I would say my stay at Taipa Square was good and have no qualms in recommending this hotel to those who would like to tour around Macau on their own. Enjoy!

Sightseeing/Attractions Tip : Taipa House of Museum, Rua da Cunha, Rua do Regedor, The Venetian Macau

One of the few cheaper hotel in Taipa

Very hard bed cushioning that I have ever found in a hotel.

The hotel is located nearby to Taipa Village which is about 15 minutes walking distance away. The pork burger there starts selling from 3pm and the queue is super long. Be sure to be there by 2.30pm to avoid the queue. There is also a store there selling fantastic egg tarts. The hotel should be rated 3 stars. The lobby is on the highest floor, ie 21th floor. The receptionist don't appear to be friendly. The LCD TV seen on the website is not in my room. The toilet was renovated before. Overall, I will not choose this hotel if not for the price.

Sightseeing/Attractions Tip : You can walk to Taipa Village which is 15 minutes away by foot instead of taking a taxi which cost you MOP$20.

Near bus stop and many eateries and supermarkets around the hotel.

Should increase frequency of hotel shuttle and extend the trip to Border Gate

The room is quite spacious and clean except that the bed may be too hard for some people who prefer soft bed. Location is good and safe. Many eateries and supermarkets around so food is easily accessible. As bus stop is near to hotel, getting around is not a problem. The hotel staffs are helpful.

Shopping Tip : Taipa village is about 10mins walk from the hotel. It is quite a quaint little village and macau delicacies can be purchased at this village so don't need to travel to macau city to get them.

Not much.

The bed was really hard which cause our stay in Taipa Square Hotel not very plesant. The location was not central and the shuttle bus provided by the hotel only takes us to the pier which is not enough.

room look good

service is such a bood thing in this hotel. it seems to me tha the staff in Casino never care me as customer.. they always shouted... thumb down!

This hotel need to improve staff service mind. i treated badly. The staff also lack of english skill and helpless. if they could train staff to pleasure and speak nicely. this hotel might be one of the good hotel that i would like to go back again. Please approve this...

Sightseeing/Attractions Tip : took the bus to travel around might be a good idea to see the whole macua without taking any tour or walking long distance
