Good value for money

The hotel has Casino in it, which I think are not suitable for families with young children. However, considering that almost all hotels in Macao has Casino, I guess we just have to accept it.
The good things about this hotel: 1) it has free shuttle service to the harbor, so guest can take the free shuttle to hotel. 2) room is quite comfortable. 3) inexpensive.
The negatives: 1) smoke smell everywhere. 2) staffs are not so friendly.

Rooms have fairly nice sizes. Good staff service.
Internet though a bit slow, and gym and pool area closes early. Some nightowls may opt to go to the gym or take a dip after a long night, but........
Also, shuttle services to and from airport will be nice.

Value for Money Hotel
near venetian, galaxy hotel & supermarket...

We had a 3night 4day stay at this hotel. location wise its superb, for its near a supermarket where goods are cheap and u can even buy meal for 20 MOP! Not to mention its proximity to Venetian & Galaxy Hotel (the newest craze in town where you can dine shop & play all you want!). The hotel staff is okay, i didn't have a hard time communicating with them. Bed was hard indeed, but it was compensated by other amenities in the hotel room. Don't bother to use the swimming pool for its unsightly & u wont have any privacy using it. The bus stop is located beside GrandView hotel. If you are to visit Senado Square, hop in bus 33 & pay around 4.20MOP towards San Malo (2nd stop after crossing tha Taipa bridge). Before going for a tour, it is a MUST to taste the famous Portuguese egg tart @ Pastelaria Ko Kei for 7MOP (& be addicted)! Souvenir shirts are hard to find in Macau, but we were able to buy 29Mop shirt before reaching Ruins of St Paul. Yes, there's not much to do in Macau, and you can actually spend 2 days touring the country, so its best to hop in a ferry towards HK (1-hour) via turbojet (150Mop one way) for only an hour & get additional fun in HongKong!
Sightseeing/Attractions Tip:
Always bring a Chinese translation of your hotel name & the places you will visit, for the taxi driver to understand you.

Hotel with convenient location
Location is convenient to take bus any where and no need to take taxi everytime

Except the location is convenient, the service is good from the front desk staff (only 1, not all); actually I can say there is no other good experience I have during my stay. Example, the bed is very hard just like we are sleeping on the wood. The waitresses including the supervisors, the chef who cooks the egg are very impolite, can say there is no professional service can be found at all.
When we went inside the washroom, we could see hair on the soap bottle which we haven't used it before (feel horrible) and how come the electric water heater is non-stop boiling as there is no auto stop button which is very dangerous.

we had a pleasant stay at the hotel except with the shuttle service, we missed one shuttle service from the ferry because the hotel name on the coach is just too small, luckily we called the receptionist and they gave us a prompt reply by coordinating with the bus driver.
the receptionist and all staff are very friendly, helpful and informative, this gave us a very comfortable stay with the hotel.
Restaurant Tip:
macau has developed into a very energetic city, i personally think its so attractive and unique having blend of oriental and western culture
