Great location, convenient and lovely hotel

I have stayed in this hotel 2 times and i would like to stay here again. It is very convenient when I just get down from the plane, I just walk to the free shuttle which takes me directly to the hotel. The room is spaciuos and clean. The food court have variety of food, which you do not have to leave the hotel even if you do there are taxis are easily available.

The hotel facilities are fabulous so that you can enjoy eating or shopping only in the hotel. No need to go anywhere else.

Nice hotel with nice deco

Overall stay is great with big size room for my kids to move about. The deco for the whole hotel and the shopping mall is classy and nice. The only bad experience is when my husband forgot the room no. and seek the front staff to help, they seems inexperience and took almost 1 hour to resolve the issue. I was not been informed about the free gift voucher provided. The check-in staff should inform the guest about their privilege upon check-in.

Five star hotel is so expensive, but there is no free wi-fi, no sudatorium, local phone call had charge, shuttle buses is unenough choice. I can't feel relax. Galaxy hotel better than Venetian.

as soon as you get out from the bus at the hotel's entrance, you can already experience the great service that they're giving. the staff there will help and will assist you on bringing your luggage in your room. and the minute you enter the room, you will be awed at the size, design, cleanliness, and the relax atmosphere. their amenities are very nice too. pools, kid's area, shopping and dining. it is all here. 1 day is not enough to check all the hotel's features.

Use the hotel's shuttle service.

Great stay ever in Macao
The royale suite room is very well kept & cozy & specious

we enjoy ourselves just within this hotel from shopping to choices of foods and more .... casino games, The Venetian also provide good shuttle services without wasting of time to get to ferry , Taipa & airport ! Very efficient !
Hotel Feature Tip:
The hotel features with attractive architecture gives you a different kind of feeling while inside . You can't even different shade within daytime & nighttime !! This is the main attractive point where compare to the rest of the 6 Stars hotel
