great hotel but not in town area
big room nice hotel lots of shops

hotel got it's own shopping area but not in side seeing areas got to take taxi over a bridge to see history place
Travel tip:
be prepare to walk to your room because it's a big hotel food court got alot of food but a bit expensive

Good, but disgusting staff

good: casino, many brand shops
bad: impolite staff. I can't write details, but my stay was totally messed up by one staff at concierge desk. we bought ferry tickets there. The way he treat us was nothing but rude, moreover, his service was too slow. I've never been treated that way in my life,but I couldn't complain to him coz he is a hotel staff.
rest of the hotel was so good, but I will not recommend to my friends.

Really like this hotel concept, it's quite old but still clean, elegance, nice, and there are many option for shopping, gambling, and other attraction.
I just bought summer promotion and i got 2 ferry tickets, 2 lunch/breakfast coupons, 200mop vouchers and 1 free photo coupon. It's really value for money!
Restaurant Tip:
We had lunch at Fogo Samba, it's Brazilian steak house. They provide 8 menus for lunch, i like the food and concepts, delicious...

Lovely hotel with fantastic room
New and nicely renovated hotel

The Venetian Macao Resort is located in the Cotai Strip belt which house several other major brand hotel such as Four Seasons, Shertan and Hard Rock Hotel, etc.
The hotel was very nicely renovated and the suite which I had booked was spacious and nicely decorated.
There are also many restaurants in the hotel which are reasonably priced with good food.

We had a good time in our 2 days stay at venetian! It was a great experience not only for us but for the kids! They love the room! Ü the interiors, the sheets, the arrangement is fantastic! Id stay in this hotel again given the chance. We are just so crazy about it. You can find everything in this hotel. Its so huge all you need is in one place! We also love the gondola ride! Kids love it! Highly recommended!

Grand, comfortable & spacious room
Very comfortable stay for me & my wife, we like the split level room that is so grand, clean & spacious. The view is nice & unblocked.Conveninet for us as it is just next to the casino that we visited most during our stay this time.
