If you are in Macau, you have to splurge on at least a night/s stay at the Venetian. Simply fantastic To be picky - the check-in process was a bit of a hassle as there is long wait at both the lobbies We stayed here for 1 night, and the hotel was simply fantastic. Catered for most of your needs, there is restaurants, shopping and casino just a lift ride away. The room was clean, and up to the standard of a classic 5 star. Will definately return and already making plans to go back next holiday
Restaurant Tip : Try the Maidera Portugese restaurant. The African chicken is to die for

Everything was good during my stay in Venetian except it was too crowded during Chinese New Year. It is indeed a Grand Hotel with good service provided. Will stay again in this hotel for the next visit to Macau. Breakfast was not provided if book via Agoda.com. Hotel provides shuttle bus service to Airport, Ferry Terminal, Macau City etc every 10-15 mins. Very convenient for those free and easy tourist. The sign-board in the hotel wasnt that clear. Tourists might lost their way in the hotel.

Spacious, well equip room.
Lots of shopping, food. Nearby to Cotai. Because of the vast facilities, tend to have too many crowds. Excellent, spacious accomodation with lots of shopping, fun, etc....This is a place which I will recommend my friends in future.
Casinos, shopping, food, etc...whatever you name it, they have it.

big rooms,choices of foods asked for an early check-in(our plan landed in macao at 5.30 in the morning,get to the hotel at 6.30)being turned off,told to check in at 3pm. we went to see cirque du soleil's zaia.love the performance,love the variety of foods available in the foodcourt.it's our second time staying at the venetian,still haven't get the chance to finish all the shops...but,the hotel's too crowded,even with it's size it's so jampacked,especially during the day

you can find whatever you want in 3rd floor shopping canal, very convenient... This is a huge hotel( can park 90 boeing 747 aircraft), hotel rooms are big, beautiful and clean, got two TV in the room and the interior are very grand, staff are friendly, if you come with small kids you can send them to 3rd floor, Qubes (kids playground) before you try your luck at casino, its free, my kids really enjoy there...
Restaurant Tip : Must try the Portuguese Food at Santos (No:20,Rua Da Cunha)especially the Paella

The facility and the whole synthetic atmosphere is great. It is like a Disneyland for adults. Actually there is nothing what we dislike, since it was for us the first time and everything was amazing positive surprising what we saw and could received. This trip was for us my Birthday Present Trip for my wife, the first time that we came to this place and everything was amazing positive surprising what we saw, make and could received for our feeling from the whole facility. It does not matter what we did it gave us the feeling of maximum luxury and high class feeling. The facility is really great and big. We lost the way while walking many times but there are always staffs available that can guide and bring us to the place which we want to go. It was a really a successful birthday trip for my wife and my self.
Shopping Tip : Great possibility for shopping all goods at once but not for sales or good price opportunities.

Luxuriously decoration. Value for money. There are just 2 way out, the main and west lobby. Have to walk very far to the local bus stop. The Venetian becomes the most luxuriously hotel & casino in Macao right now. Everyone who comes to Macao have to visit them. it's a must to go.!

Rooms nicely appointed, very large. Hotel complex is large and needs long walks. The Venetian opened in 2008 to great fanfare and I jumped at the chance to try it when it is still new. The hotel rooms are a huge selling point, not just because they are huge. They look beautiful and even come with 2 large TVs. The bathroom is similarly roomy and overall it is very comfortable. The downside is that the hotel complex is similarly large, the walk from the lift to the room takes a while. Also there are 4 wings and we had to walk for 20min from the check in desk to the room. We tried the Lei Garden Chinese restaurant and the quality is top notch. Thoroughly recommend this hotel for a splurge! Location a bit out of the way, but you won't feel it because there are free shuttle buses to the HK-Macao ferry, Taipa ferry, Taipa airport, and the sister casino Sands.
Hotel Feature Tip : Shuttle bus to airport is at the main entrance and other shuttle buses are at the southern entrance.

Service and security were great! The hotel is absolutely amazing, grand and beautiful, location of the hotel is quite a distance from Macau, but they provide free shuttle bus service. the room is very cozy, spacious, well decorated and comfortable, Bathroom is clean and big. There are so many shops and restaurants inside the hotel, no need to go outside and you can stay busy inside the hotel for the wholeday. definitely will come back and stay in this hotel again!

very beautifull circus show we can see in venetian macau, zaia. we can choose the ticket for the show with price between HK$388 - HK$1288. The show are really satisfiying with the musical and attractions.
we should go to see the gondolas, shopping arcade, and foods centre. Portugues restaurant also very tasty..
Sightseeing/Attractions Tip : there are singer in the windows for several times in noon..

Room, service, very comfortable bed. hotel is very large, can be difficult to find your way around. Had just the one night in a Royal Suite - fantastic room, with everything you could ask for - split level, lovely bed, huge bathroom and large living area. Can't fault the hotel or it's service - really was very efficient and a very pleasurable stay at the Venetian.

I love the employee so much. They treat me as a princess and take care me everything that i want. They always think the customer is King...This thing that make me want to return back again and let me think that I want to invite friend to visit this resort in the next time.This resort really make me appretiate so much. If I need anything they can find for me so, I love this place so much except only one thing is the direction way tell us is not clear. It makes us get lost and making us almost can not get up in the plane.
