Big, luxurious rooms and a most comfortable bed! Beautiful environment.

Overall a great hotel that I would love to return to. The only snag is the cigarette smells in the casino. Phew! Should ban smoking in the casino too. Choice of restaurants can be improved and prices could be cheaper. More cantonese food please. And western food too. Can only afford to stay if there is a hotel sale!!! But a great hotel in all respects.
Shopping Tip:
Shopping is expensive at the hotel. Cheaper shops in the old city.

Beautiful luxury hotel, but no luxury service

the resort itself is big & beautiful. there are plenty of shopping and food options in different price ranges. the suites are also well kept & the resort has a tonne of features. however, for a 5-star hotel, the service is lacking (ie. lineups at the lobby, not so friendly service by the busboys, rushed service, etc). perhaps due to this resort's large size? however, when i went to the neighbouring 5-star galaxy hotel, i was much more pleased with the service. overall, the venetian is a nice stay if you get a good deal.
Sightseeing/Attractions Tip:
You can exit the West Lobby and walk across the street to the Galaxy Hotel where there are more free shuttle buses to various sightseeing locations.

great access to the malls with a beautiful scenery.. got a free welcome drinks, great view from the hotel. a good service from the staffs. we can easily buy or redeem our ferry ticket on the concierge spot that close to the bus stop of venetian west lobby. check-in and check-out is simple. very comfortable access to everywhere because a lot of free shuttle bus service offer by the venetian resort hotel.
Shopping Tip:
Better to buy thee gifts from the venetian shop because the other shop may cost you more expensive than in the venetian.

The Venetian Macao Resort Hotel aside from being a luxury high end hotel is a hotel that thought of the needs of its guests. It has almost all the amenities that a traveller wheteher individual, couple of families would want to have in a hotel. It has numerous stores and restaurants on the third level. Going around would surely result in you being lost in this expansive shopping area cum luxury hotel.

An excellent resort hotel in Macau. You can get what you want during the stay. Nice facilities, nice restaurants, nice service,huge shopping mall,etc. Good location, the hotel provide a perfect transportation, very comfortable coach for you to different point in Macau. The room in hotel is big enough for you to take a full rest. But the shower is not good enough when you take the shower as leakage was found from the edge of the shower room. Wet and slip !

the room is really big. you get easy access to many restaurants located within the hotel, and there is also a huge food court at the upper level in the hotel. if you are into shopping, there are many branded shops within the shopping area too. so don't just spend all your time at the gaming tables or jackport manchines, but explore around the other area of the hotel.
Restaurant Tip:
There are a few nice restaurants with reasonable price in the hotel. So no worry for food even if it is in the middle of the night.
