Good hotel to stay in Macau
Centre for every stuff to do in Macau
6
The hotel looks nice, even though now it becomes a bit old. It is closed to Shops at Fourseason, City of Dreams (where Hyatt hotel, Crown Plaza and Hard Rock hotel are situated), and Galaxy hotel and casino. Inside The Venetian on its third floor, it is a grand canel shopping atmostphere. They have made the sky, light, and clouds like ones in "Paris" at Las Vegas. If you are a great shoppers, this place is a must.
Hotel Feature Tip:
There is one Chinese restaurant in The Venetian named The Imperial House. It offers good whole shrimp dumpling, and fried rice. You can get extra 10% discount by showing Venetial Club card, which is available (I think for free) at the ticket office in front of main Lobby.

Excellent Service, accomodative and Venue
Great Suites, Comfortable and well designed
9.3
travelling with children, allows us to checkin earlier, say 11am as opposed to 1-3pm. rooms very appropriate for family.
integrated casino and shopping center, captures the full attention of the family. thematic shopping really gives a new shopping experience unique to the Venetian the attention to detail is very impressive. incredible promotions for vouchers, food and shows, packages, etc!
Sightseeing/Attractions Tip:
events and promotions are tremendous. we were literally given free show tickets, food, etc. search online for promotions and it will be worth you effort

Amazing hotel
Friendly staff, large rooms and beautiful decor
9.7
everything about our stay was wonderful. the staff were all helpful, efficient and friendly, and the hotel itself was amazing. the rooms are large, and marble bathrooms were beautiful.
Hotel Feature Tip:
Upon check in, they may try to upgrade your room to a larger suite for you for a fee. There is no need. Even the smallest suite is plenty large enough for 2 people and the bathrooms were no different.

Our 50th Wedding Anniversary
10
We recently Celebrated our 50th Wedding Anniversary. The hotel rate was high because it was near the Lunar New Year week but it was all worth it. The rooms are huge, even if 6 adults stay in one room it's still big. The bathroom is huge as well. The facilities of the hotel was great, theres a very good selection of restaurants, food court.

Very beautiful hotel
free shuttle service to many places, near the airport, very nice rooms and facilities
10
Service staff were very friendly and helpful. Most of them can speak basic english and mandarin. The hotel provides shuttle service to a couple of places. One of it is the shuttle service to and fro from Macau Airport which makes it very convenient for us. They also have shuttle service to the Macau Ferry Terminal where you can take a ferry to Hongkong. The food there are slightly expensive but reasonable. The room was very beautiful and clean, totally worth the stay!
Shopping Tip:
If you want to get Macau's famous almond biscuits, get them out of the hotel as the hotel's prices are more expensive. There are a few shops around Ruins of St. Paul which are selling these local products.
