Every time an Agoda customer checks out of a hotel we send them an email asking them to write a review of their stay. This is the only way reviews can be submitted. Every review must then be approved by our content team before being posted on the Agoda website. Therefore, unlike many other travel sites, ALL Agoda reviews are certified and genuine.

Kind Service-
No need to leave the building basically

The concierge clerk was extremely nice and have given us all that we requested.
The room was exquisite of course since all of their rooms are suite rooms.
There is the pool and mini golf course of course which I were not able to use due to bad weather but has good reviews. If you are not into gambling, there's not much to do. The Shopping area does not contain that many brands which was disappointing and the food court only accept cash which was odd.
I would rather stay that the Hard Rock which is right across and newer (modern). But if your choice is to stay in classic hotels, I guess it's the Venetian.
The morning buffet is known to be the larger buffet in the world... but I thought it was.. okay... Not bad but not memorable.

The hotel room is lovely and big. However, the transport to the city was bad. Need to Q for very long as there are way too many people around the hotel. Imagine that you have to Q for the shuttle bus to city under cold weather! The hotel are way too crowded, whether you are at the lobby, shopping area or dining area. Noisy level is super high!

we booked for a suited room then the hotel upgraded mine to be higher for non smoking room so i was really appreciated about that. i would surprised that there were only little bottles in a mini bar. it would be better if they provide a standard size for water or free minibar. the service was great.
Shopping Tip:
there are many Lux shops around the canal but the price was so high when I compare with HK or website. It's better if you accross to HK.

did not live up to the hype
5
let's take it point by point...
are the rooms nice large and nicely furnished? - yes
is the service and facilities worth of a 5 star hotel? - no, not even close...
everything is focused understandably on the casino, but rooms service was just plain bad, housekeeping and minibar stormed into the room several times without knocking and even a privacy sign was out, the rooms themselves are quite dated already, with tv's who have an aweful channel selection and if you want to book any of the "pay movies" and watch them it does not work either...
to make things worst, you get nickeled and dimed to death...
hk$ 160 for internet access ,plus breakfast charges, plus anything extra is being charged ... just not worth the hassle...

A good hotel to stay in with tons of things to do, shopping, golf, gondola rides and gambling. Across the street is where you can watch theater shows and what else, more gambling.
Excellent rooms, excellent decorations, excellent staff.
All rooms are suites and a decent size for a family.
I would recommend staying here for everyone, unless there is a particular casino you are planning to lose money to.
Only downside is that you need to walk through the casino in order to get to the hotel rooms. So if you have kids be prepared for a long walk!
