Our stay was very comfortable and the view from the room is breathtaking ! The housekeeping and concierge were so accommodating. The room service is exceptionable and must be given high standard markings.

this hotel worth the money!
the room facilities are great. the shops and casino are located just below the hotel.
checking in might be annoying, since the we had to wait at least 30 minutes at the check-in desk line. but it was probably because of the high season.
checking out was convenient, just called the front desk, no hassle to go down and line up at the check-out desk.
Sightseeing/Attractions Tip:
Don't forget to try the gondola ride.

Absolutely amazing hotel
Largest casino floor in the world beneath your feet

The room was everything you'd expect from a world class casino like the Venetian. Huge beds, enourmous living space, large TV and fantastic views of the Galaxy casino and City of Dreams casino. Look straight down and you'll see a golf course. No complaints.

one of the must hotel to stay when you are in macau, very nice and spacious room, very good service, nice attractions and things to do. if u have a chance, take a gondola ride and enjoy a very nice singer from the gondola rider. food wise just nice, nothing really special. take a shuttle bus to other hotels was very easy and convenience, venetian hotel provides the best shuttle bus i believed compare with other hotels.

Great hotel. Rooms are huge. It has a living hall. Beds are either double bed or a king size bed. Good for even 4 people to stay in one room. Casino is huge and there are shopping everywhere.

service are excellent and staff are so friendly especially at the counter, eassy access to shop and boutique and the food court too. great ambience especially inside the rooms and great value for money.

Beautiful and classic hotel especially the lobby, what i dont like is the smoke smell from casinos too strong can even smell in the room lobby.

we loved our luxurious stay in the spacious royale suite with a grand view. Welcome drinks offered free was a great gesture. House keeping was immaculate. Courtesy shuttles to three points was a great help.
Sightseeing/Attractions Tip:
Use macau ferry shuttle provided free by the hotel to reach Macau ferry. From there take bus no 3 to city centre. after the visit there walk to Grand Lisboa and take bus back to macau ferry then free shuttle to Venetian.
