Lovely hotel
comfortable room with shuttle service to airport and ferry terminal

Getting around takes sometimes as the hotel was huge. Family with children had to bypass the casino by getting to the third floor before going to the rooms in the North or South Suites

we loved everything about this hotel. the room was spacious with a seperate living area. the bathroom was also spacious with tha separate make-up table. the room also came with its own outlet adapters.
we already knew that the hotel would be far from the old portuguese town and many other sightseeing sights..but we wanted to stay in a nice hotel with an affordable price.

Superb hotel with superb service

The hotel is super huge with lots of entertainment and food variety. Rooms are very big and cosy. Except that the directions sign within the hotel is abit too confusing, the north, south east wing, every shops look similar, we have a hard time finding the correct lift lobby to our hotel room

Nice rooms medium service
Be careful Duty store it not real ,price not duty free

Good room ,medium service ,better check in from other hotel , no except for check in &checkout time even weekday. From 1:00pm to 10:am it only 21 hours ,we pay for one day money (24 hours),better more flexible, such as red eyes flight .
Restaurant Tip:
Just close your eyes & eat it

Fantastic Experience. A real resort
don't need to leave the hotel, spacious and welcoming rooms. Lots of shops

second time staying, this time in a bello suite with 2 beds. The rooms are getting a bit worn compared to all the new hotels going up around, but it's still nice and so roomy. Hotel has lots to do and the non-smoking lawas coming in next year will do wonders. No indoor pool which is a shame and a surprise given the high standard and size of the resoirt, but in good weather the outside pool is excellent.
Hotel Feature Tip:
Ferry from HK och China straight to Cotai strip, where hotel shuttle bus will pick you up. No charge.

Exquisitely furnished suites!
Huge suite, 2 TVs, well equipped.

immediately upon arrival at the hotel, i was mesmerized by the decor. upon checking into our room, i was pleasantly surprised to find that the standard royale suite is huge! the toilets are clean and rooms are well equipped. bed linens are clean and comfortable. only down side is the video from our window is a dirty lake. gotta keep the window shades down!

lovely spacious sitting and bed rooms and bathroom. complex has all that you would need - food outlets, shops and transportation networks to get around macau.
Sightseeing/Attractions Tip:
Easy to get around with all the complimentary buses.

only not very convenience to go macau city, need to galaxy hotel to change shuttle bus, a little troublesome and waste time.
