The hotel room is ok... Service is not bad! The whole benetion is the selling point with activities for my husband(gambling for fun), qube for the kids with computers for accompanying mom. Pools for the whole family, n shops everywhere.. All kinds of cuisines to suit the whole family too ... When u r done with the whole building u can hop on this shuttle bus to almost anywhere including the neighboring china cities! Superb !

my family and i are amazed with this hotel. it's lovely hotel and service. the facilities are great, such as, free transportation between airport and venetian hotel, food court near by, the room space is huge, and the nice view of beautiful taipa city from our room window.

The hotel is of good quality overall, but since it is so big, it is a very very long walk from the lift lobby to the rooms, or to the swimming pool. Otherwise, everything is pleasant.

love the spacious bathroom and the layout of the suite with its own living room area, very comfortable. being located in venetian macau makes it easy for one to eat and shop at the doorstep of the hotel. the free bus services to different parts of macau as well as the free shuttle to and from the airport makes the hotel accessible to all.
Hotel Feature Tip:
Find time to watch Zaia by Cirque de Soleil which is located in the basement of the hotel.
