Beautiful Hotel with big and nice room
Big and clean suite, a lot of activities to do in the hotel

the hotel is really beautiful and have a lot of activities to occupied our days. we enjoyed the zaia show, the fun ice world and the gondola ride. the front desk staff was really nice. he upgraded our room from royale suite to bella suite which is with 2 queen beds. this allowed us to stay comfortably. everything is great about the hotel except very strong cigarette smell around the casino area.
Hotel Feature Tip:
The Venetian Passport is value for money. You can watch the ZAIA show, a Gondola ride, discount for shops and restuarants as well as a free meal. (Not recommended to take the free meal at the Fogo Samba Resturant as the waitress was very rude to the Venetian Passport holder)

when you enter the hotel suite, seems like you dont wanna go anywhere except to explore your room suite. the facilities are amazing, like in elite appartment and you're being spoiled by it.seems you dont wanna get out from your suite.
Hotel Feature Tip:
just choose, either gambling, shopping, eating, sightseeing, or just walking around it, you feels like no other place like this. and dont forget the theater, zaia is awesome, fun ice world give you another great experience.

Room with a spectacular view!
spacious room, clean and comfy, good variety of dining outlets, Zaia is marvellous, casino is spacious.

stay is great. we love the spa pool and zaia. the stroll along the canal is relaxing. the wide range of food variety really wet our appetite for food. the transport services are very convenient. service staff are really helpful and polite. the accessibilty to the casino is commendable.

really feel excited once i enter the Venetian Resort Hotel, the grand design of the building, the service from the staff there make me feel warm. We stay in Bella Suite, i like the room very much, with the big bed, big bathroom with bathtub, nice view from the room. But just a little problem that i faced which is the Venetian Hotel is too big, from my room to swimming pool there need walk more than 200m, really feel tired of walking to the swimming pool. But overall, is a nice and comfortable hotel, i will stay in this hotel when i go to Macau next time.

Fabulous Hotel with Very Spacious and Luxury Suite
Large room, all under one roof, food court, Circle De Soilei is the BEST !

The free shuttle service provides ease of access to the hotel even though the hotel is quite a distance from the ferry teminal. The hotel front desk staff are very helpful and patience and very clearly on all the services available. My family enjoyed the stay very much because there is everything under one roof. It is very convenient for family with young children like us. We enjoyed the Circle De Soilei performance very much! It is indeed a world class performance.
Nightlife Tip:
The Circle De Soilei Performance is a MUST!

we are very happy that we choose to stay at venetian macau, the reception staff are very accommodating and the room given to us is very big.
Sightseeing/Attractions Tip:
Book in advance to be able to stay at Venetian and free buses are available to all the places as far as you want to go.

The hotel has a free shuttle bus service from ferry terminal which is very nice and easy to find.
Hotel has big spacious room and a very big bathroom, the room service is nice. However internet is not complimentry. You need to pay extra for the internet.
Hotel has a nice casino and an in house circus show called Zaia which is very nice.
Overall I would give it a 5 star rating for the experience.

Nice location with a lot of places to go...shopping, dining, liesure...name it and its all there. Accessible to any transportation to the city... A free shuttle to the ferry station... A cab just outside the hotel waiting. First thing I noticed was the lobby, its nice and uncomparable, its extra ordinaire. Very clean and with the best CR i've ever experienced. Friendly attendant...all smile services...
