great rooms with great view
I loved being abe to shop inside the hotel. My favorite stores were there

Checking in was efficient. The hotel is quite huge so it is helpful that they provide a map of the hotel. It has a complete description of all the shops and where they are located. There are also various restaurants and even a food court where there is variety. However, I did not like the breakfast buffet. Being a Filipino, I was looking for heavier rice meals. There was a sign that said the noodle shop was open, but it was not. The staff at the cafe were too busy to intertain questions. Perhaps there were too many people at that time.
Sightseeing/Attractions Tip:
Be sure the taxi drivers understand your destination. Sometimes they appear to understand you, but they will bring you to the wrong place

Very nice hotel
Everything was available within the hotel.

the suite we stayed were very big in terms of size. plenty of room space, very clean also. huge variety of food choice in the food court and plenty of shopping from sports to luxury products to local produce. movies and performances were also available. the highlight of our stay were the cirque du soliel performance, definitely worth seeing. overall a very good stay in venetian macau resort hotel.

Hotel has free transport to most attractions, check with them before heading off to the taxis or public buses.

stay in venetian macau was a memorable one, the room was very spacious and luxurious. the staff was very helpful and they speak english which is a plus. the set up of the whole resort is breathtaking and its a must visit for tourists who likes a bit of gambling fun plus an enjoyable holiday.the hotel may be the largest one in macau. it has a full-size shopping mall inside the hotel, featuring various retailers and restaurants.

Mindblowing hotel and excellent service
the canal shops were great and the best features of the hotel was its room size.

Service was awesome. I was upgraded from Royal Suite which really impressed me. Overall was an excellent service.
Travel tip:
If you are traveling to Macao then Venetian Resort Hotel is a must stay. Mind blowing environment and their service is excellent. I could compare this trip with my las vegas trip. Casions, Circui de Soleil show was amazing.

upon check in, the front desk clerk noticed it was my girlfriend's birthday when reviewing her passport. he immediately upgraded us to the cotai view royale suite and arranged a time when she would receive her gift. the gift was a delicious strawberry shortcake with chocolate shavings, delivered to our room right on time. the room itself was the best i've ever stayed in, simply beautiful. the hotel staff exceeded every customer service category one can think of. the collonade off of the main lobby is similar to the hallway leading to sistine chapel, must be seen to be believed. if you have the chance to stay at this hotel, do not pass it up. ideal for couples, but solo or with a family is all good.
Sightseeing/Attractions Tip:
The Grand Canal shops are amazing in decor and ambiance... feels like you are walking around Venice on a perfect weather day.

A 5 Star Hotel With Crowded Reception

The Venetian Macao Resort Hotel is open to too many tour buses for their daytrip visits. The daytrip tourists mostly from the mainland lower the standards of the 5 star hotel.
The reception hall allows daytrip visits to enter this makes the hall so so crowded. It looks like a bus terminal rather than a hotel reception.
The room interior decor is beautifully decorated but it is more like a studio apartment than a room. The bathroom is away from the bed, the sitting lounge for tea and coffee is also not within the bed area. You have to walk to the bathroom and to the tea & coffee area. Bear in mind that the Royale Suite has only 4 pillows + 1 in the wardrobe. Only one bed quilt. There is a sofa in the sitting lounge but the room does not have extra quilt to use for more than 2 persons. Do not think that this room can accommodate more than 3 occupants.
Bring along your blanket if you intend to have more than 3 occupants to stay in this room.
There are other 5 stars hotels around if you wish to see the House of Dancing Waters.
The food serve in the food court is very expensive with a minimun charge of HK$60 per plate.
I will never stay in Venetian again.
Shopping Tip:
The shopping arcade is good. Almost all designer brands are housed in the Venetian. There is ZARA.

Lovely and great service hotel

The hotel is very good and very nice. It's connected to the very nice mall and the foodcourt is good. The design is very nice it had the feeling like in Venetian city. Everything is perfect for holidays and shopping.
