Great room, spacious room, a bit busy

love every single bits, except it is a bit too crowded for my liking. Need to queue just to check-in. Received a message that chocolate will be delivered to the room - wait for more than 20 minutes, never turned up.

Very grand hotel - obviously opulent

You 100% know you're staying in a 5 star hotel. Royale Suite was very impressive.
However, there were a few cons.
Late check-in - only after 3pm means by the time you settle into the rooms you don't have any time to enjoy the hotel's facilities before checking out the next day. Pools shut at 7pm which is far too early!
Restaurants in the hotel lacked atmosphere and any ambience.
Shuttle services is great and the staff are friendly.
Sightseeing/Attractions Tip:
It's a bit difficult to casino crawl in Macau as everything is so spread out and nothing is really within walking distance. Make use of the hotel's free shuttle buses to go around Macau.

Excellent hotel with good service

I spent a couple of days and enjoyed very much. The hotel is in an excellent location, just 10 minutes fom airport and Taipa Ferry Terminal making very easy to travel to Hong Kong and different cities in Mainland China.
The suites are beautiful with all the faciities of a 5 stars hotel

Luxury hotel
Room is spacious and luxury. Bathroom was nice as well with separated toilet. Surveilance camera installed along the hotel rooms corridors.

The hotel was grand and luxury. Rooms was terrific, very spacious with more than enough. The restaurants in the hotel casino served great food though pricy. A bit confusing as there are 4 wings in the hotel to locate. Very pleasant stay throughout. However, a bit disappointed with the service in some places during the stay as not all restaurants served well even though food was great. No free wireless.

we were surprise when we walking to the hotel for check in, because we have to standing in line, so crowded. after we get the room number, we had to walk quite a distance to the hotel room and through the shopping center. after reaching the room, we were amazed they have really big room suitable for families.
direct access to the entertainment center and food station.

All the staff were fantastic,

we loved the hotel, the staff were exceptional. the staff were only helpful for us to get what we wanted. We loved the whole experience of staying at the Venetian.

venetian hotel was a most wonderful hotel, it has a huge room who can fit for 5-6 people, its worth for a family trip, great casinos, very nice food court, shopping mall, ext.
the hotel also have a shuttle bus to go everywhere, to airport, to ferry station, also to sands hotel.
Sightseeing/Attractions Tip:
so many entertainment here

No convenience store in The Venetian so stock up on necessities that you need before checking in.
Travel tip:
Get a macau guidebook with compliments from the concierge.
