Grand Hotel and you can get lost
Spacious Suite with two reasonably size double beds

Grand lobby and very nicely decorated, clean rooms, but details lacking and may feel fake. Paid extra for the Cotai view, but the view to the harbour not worth paying for yet, because there is still much construction in front - Next to the City of Dreams, building the new Sheraton hotel.
Value for money taking into consideration the suite can esily fit a family rather than going for two rooms.

i liked the concept of the bella suite having it's own living/receiving area. kids could do their own stuff and watch their favorite kiddie programs on tv while you do your own business on maybe the internet or watch your favorite sports program on tv as well.
everything in this hotel is spelled g-r-a-n-d! try their room service and order breakfast! food tastes great!

Fantastic Hotel --- it has everything you need
Room is luxurious and comfortable, food/shopping/entertaintment all available at the hotel!

this is one of the best hotels we have stayed in. the room is luxurious and comfortable. all entertainments, shopping, food are available just by taking a lift down. in fact, we wished we had more time to spend and explore the hotel.

The hotel room is ok... Service is not bad! The whole benetion is the selling point with activities for my husband(gambling for fun), qube for the kids with computers for accompanying mom. Pools for the whole family, n shops everywhere.. All kinds of cuisines to suit the whole family too ... When u r done with the whole building u can hop on this shuttle bus to almost anywhere including the neighboring china cities! Superb !

my family and i are amazed with this hotel. it's lovely hotel and service. the facilities are great, such as, free transportation between airport and venetian hotel, food court near by, the room space is huge, and the nice view of beautiful taipa city from our room window.

great feeling staying in this hotel, The room was nice , clean and wide. Staff are friendly. There are many route of free shuttle bus eg. Ferry terminal , Airport, Town.
