Room with a Royalty Touch

Stayed in bella suite with 2 queen beds, living area and a super sized bathroom with dressing table. Nice! Hotel has almost everything under one roof from entertainment, pool, shopping and food. It has also shuttle bus from airport to hotel to ferry terminal. Convenient, clean and comfortable stay with a royalty touch.

Great Hotel Big Rooms
It was like walking through venis. Service & food variaty was great.

the hotel was great. the gondala rides where magnificent. the venitian bus's take you to other hotels and also the border crossing to china. show's at the venetian and city of dreams are spell binding and close.
Sightseeing/Attractions Tip:
you must go & see st pauls ruins & st marlo square for shopping. fishermans warf has many attractions and is easily reached by shuttle bus to the sands. from the sands you can also walk to the gran prix museum.

i love venetian macao! it should be one of the best hotel i have ever stayed. starting from the receptionist at lobby entry door i received the warm smile. with the clear introduction by check-in receptionist, i felt welcomed by this hotel. even the clean lady treated us well, nice and helpful!
great facility, great swiming pool and great casino! i will surely recommend venetian to my friends!

hotel has very nice decor. amenities is very much complete. overall service is professional and pleasant. however, check-in at 3pm is too late and check-out at 11am is to early. anyone who wish for a late check-out should request early and latest time is 1pm. earliest check-in is at 1pm. hotel is above the casino and hotel security is not up to standard. anyone can go up to hotel rooms through the lifts without any access card although they do have security guards at the lift lobby but they do not check. hotel should seriously consider to upgrade their security to ensure that guest have a more pleasant stay. concierge gets a little impatient when occupancy rate is high. other than this, overall service standard is pleasant. efficient check-in and out. would recommend this hotel to anyone who wish to have a pleasant stay if cost is not an issue.

we felt like royalty in our suite. no need to leave the hotel for anything, restsueants and
shopping for every taste and budget with entertainment galore.
Sightseeing/Attractions Tip:
Must do is to visit the old Portugese part of Macau, gorgeous european style buildings snd churches.

We had an incredible experience. The rooms are extraordinary with excellent amenities. Clean and tidy rooms. Very good service and staff is very helpful.
Sightseeing/Attractions Tip:
Must take the shuttle service and go visit the area the ferry terminal. Other shopping area and Macau tower are close by. Must visit the other casinos around.
