Excellent Rooms, courteous staff, very good Casino, Various Restaurants with Vegetarian options.One could use the Internet for free in case you have a Coffee at ILLY Cafe.. Very big Hotel, so tiring to move around, Limited Vegetarian options in Food Court. No Indian food except for in 1 Malaysian Restaurant which was also strictly OK,Internet should have been FREE, No hand spray in the toilets. We were 2 couples & stayed 2 nights in the Standard Room, the Signs were put up very well to move around, being Indians we hardly got any Vegetarian Indian food but did get lot of Vegetarian variety at the Restaurants, the In-room Dinning also has a lot of variety at a reasonable price, the Swimming Pool was nice & clean, Staff were very friendly, it was my Wife's birthday & the hotel gave us an Excellent Fruit Cake,I'd definitely suggest & as well go back with my friends & family, We got the cheapest deal through Agoda.com, Its best to use the Ferry from Hong Kong to get to Venetian Hotel, there is a Free Pick-up & drop Shuttle from & to the Macau Ferry Terminals, A must go to all travelling to Macau if not for staying at least to see & feel the Beautiful property especially in the night.

the room size is really a good size, Location is a bit outskirts, not so convenience if you wanna to take a public transport during check in time take a bit linger, but overall the hotel is very ok, especially the room size is really big & nice

room is very very big, a truly big size, staff is kind, speak english fluently, breakfast is so nice, and lots of shopping centre around this hotel, price is not expensive, and worth the try. 1 word best breakfast in the world

-very posh hotel
-they have all the best features u could get in a hotel, luxury shopping, gondola (sightseeing) & casino
- shopping til 10pm - long queue when checking in
- have to go another wing (hotel too big , hence the different wings) to catch shuttle bus
- with kids under 18 tagging along, u can't walk through the casino lobby to ur hotel room, have to do a huge round I love the posh-ness of the hotel, really impressive. Casino is awesome! they subcontract to 4 different management, so u get a taste of different kind, yet all under one roof!
Sightseeing/Attractions Tip : There are people taking wedding photos in VEnetian hotel, good ambience, good scenery. It reflects the 'venice' style. There ceiling very much italian craftsmanship feel. The gondola is juz like in Venice's, albeit a bit man-made!

It's a bit far from the city center Stayed a night with my 1st visit to Macau. The hotel is very biga and beautiful with a big casino in the middle of the hotel. That means that you have to travel through the casino from the reception to your room (which can be terious for visitors with kids as you need to avoid the casino). Particularly dislike the idea of the place to catch shuttle bus is at the other wing! (imagine if you're in a rush, again need to travel thru the casino, again!)

Great little places to chill out and have great food and wine. The casinos were massive couldnt even get around the whole thing. Room was beautiful Prices of food on room service menu and also the price of things from the mini bar.
Burger cost me $52 and a bottle of water cost $8 Overall as a honeymoon destnation it was great. We really enjoyed our time even though we only got in at 1:00pm and had to leave the next day at 12:00pm, to big for one day.
Restaurant Tip : Wine and Tapas bar has excellent food and wine reasonably priced.

shuttle bus to go anywhere in macau, great spaces, great features, very elegant, nice.. seems like i cant get enough word to describe this hotel price price price and price once i arrived in he border (macau and zuhai) teh venetian bus is already there, they send us to the hotel straight away without long waiting period. Check in staff was great,friendly and satisfying. Walking from the lobby to the suites was a nice walking scenery, casino, malls, shopping centres, u actually can find anything in there..
The suites was elegant, great space, the bathroom was huge and u cant find anything bad from this hotel other than the price.
After all that, the service was magnificent, they have plenty of shuttlebus to guide us around macau, to the airport, ferry, and anywhere u want around macau. U dont have to join the citytour, thy also hav the macau guide book for tourist.
Casino was great, food was great, but a lil' expensive compared to the outside but for what I paid I at least expect a free breakfast.
I would like to come back there

The Venetian will awe all 1st time visitors from the moment they walk into the Reception lobby, to the Arcade and finally to the Suite. It's a family-friendly Hotel, not just Casino gambling. The Arcade is a sightseeing attraction by itself and one can also drop off their kids at the Play area while at the casino
Sightseeing/Attractions Tip : Take the free shutter bus to the newly opened "City of Dreams" to watch 'show' free at the dome.

A very nice hotel, with a premium room, pleasant service, comfort atmosphere. very worthed to go and to pay :) the food & stuffs price a little bit expensive at the hotel,
and because the hotel is very comfortable, we did not want to leave the hotel to looking for cheaper food. :D
we are very very satisfied with The venetian hotel at Macau. also with Agoda's services
we get a very nice room..big, classy, and pleasant environment
with a very good services, we thought The venetian is EXCELENT place to go to
and because of that, we never leave the hotel while we were in macau

Everything is large, large room, large bathroom, large tv (2 tvs), large hotel. Clean and great location, all branded shops are there All expensive, eventhough food and drinks We really think we are right when we check in to this hotel, everything looks very good, and wow, speechless.very convenience if you bring family especially kids, a lot of things we can do in here, for kids, for mom and for father. this is the biggest hotel I've ever visit

Great location, clean and spacious rooms, great staffs, a very nice food court. Things and food are very expensive inside the hotel. We really enjoy staying in this hotel. The children love the spacious room, they also provide extra sofa bed for children at no extra cost. There are lots of things to do in the hotel from shopping around the various shops, enjoying great food, going across the river with gondola, play in the casino, or hanging around with the children in the Qube. Highly recommended hotel.

the show zaia was fantastic!
signs need to be clearer. we had fun and comfort in our stay at the venetian hotel. the hotel was big and the room was great! only, we were placed in a smoking area. when i asked them if we can change into a non-smoking area, the reply was that our booking does not allow us to change. if only we were notified earlier or were given a choice, then it's okay. otherwise, everything was great!

Qube indoor playground was good for young kids. Service was slow and unfriendly. Service - for a 5 star hotel, I was most unimpressed with the service at this hotel. For an 8pm check-in, I was not happy to have to wait 30 minutes with two very tired and hungry children under 4 years. Then when we reached our room, the fold out bed was not made up for our daughter which resulted in yet another wait.
Breakfast buffet (incl) in package was far from impressive - after waiting in a queue for 15 mintues, there were no glasses available for juice, no plates available at the hot buffet, insufficient cutlery and when we asked the servers to assist, the response was unfriendly!
