it was a wonderful place for us. my baby gets to roam freely in the spacious room. she enjoys her bath time despite the cold weather in the clean n warm bath room. my husband n i gets to watch our individual channels, thanks to the additional tv set.
Shopping Tip:
just a lift away to the biggest shopping area in macau. however expensive shopping as most shops are international brands. it's one of the best site for lady's shies. there is a wide section of fashion. it's a convenient location to zhu hai with free transfers. venetian has their own port for people who wants to cross to hong kong borders.

Very lux hotels - almost all are gold plated
the room even created a vantage point by seperating the bed area to the office area by lower the office area by 2 steps

we booked 2 rooms but got seperated because of the booking during the new year/christmas peak season.. i got room on the 26th storey and the others got it on the 31st storey. we pay the same price but the room on the 31st is much better decorated with small curtain on the wall next to the bed. our room has to be moved because the previous tenants smoke inside the room and the housekeeping didn't tell the reception about the condition. when i asked if guests are allowed to smoke in the room, they say no. otherwise... great hotel !!!!!
Travel tip:
You can visit hard rock cafe and city of dreams just a stone throw away from there. when you got back to the venetion hotel... gosh... the view is breathtaking... the building architecture are a feast to your sight..

the venetian hotel is very nice place to stay. if it is your first time, make sure you have bring a map with you as you explore because it is easy to lose your way due just to the sheer size and labyrinth of hallways. it is also recommended to take a gondola cruise if you have done that before. the hotel is also located very close to the city of dreams. there is a shuttle that can take you there leaving from the west entrance every 15-20 minutes.
Shopping Tip:
The hotel has an amazing selection of shops and restaurants in the 3rd floor. You can find everything your heart desires.

Staying at the Venetian Hotel was truly an unforgettable experience. The vastness of the place and its grand interiors makes one feel you are really in Venice. We did not move around much anymore as the hotel itself was big enough to explore and enjoy. The experience was worth the price of the hotel. The rooms were truly luxurious both in size and facitilites. Wonderful hotel.
Shopping Tip:
If one would like to enjoy shopping for quality branded items, there is no place like the Venetian where the convenience of shopping without being bothered by the humid weather and the ambiance of Venice is worth the rate of the hotel.

An ashtray with 2 cigarettes was in our room when we arrived. We called to inform management about this and they quickly came to the room. The gentleman proceeded to ask questions, but did not offer any clear or satisfactory solutions. We are the ones that had to suggest that they provide some kind of bonus or something, for the inconevience. Shortly after, we received a plate of fruit.

i'm happy with the stay here. although sometimes i get lost to the hotel lobby, west lobby and my hotel suite. the staff is there to guide me. there's also warm swimming pool and the qube for my kids to enjoy during the stay. the location is also ok for me with hard rock cafe and city of dreams within walking distance. there's also free shuttle bus to ferry terminal and sands hotel where the fisherman's wharf nearby.
Sightseeing/Attractions Tip:
There's free shuttle bus from hotel to hotel where the Macau attractions nearby. You can take a cab which is not very expensive but their attitude is no good. Rude and impatient.
