Excellent Service by the Hotel Staff, from the front desk to House Keeping. Room is huge enough to accommodate 4 people, yet still very comfortable.
Must try the Food Court in this hotel, which serves food from all over the world. Pricey but tasty.
Interior finishings very exquisite and luxurious.
Sightseeing/Attractions Tip:
Take the free Shuttle Service to Macau-Zhu Hai(China) Border.

i like here so much i can spend all day here. i like food here, pub is also good and i can come down to gambling very easy. enjoy so much here and the place is perfect.
Hotel Feature Tip:
every point here is very good u can walk arround here all day in any places. food court here is very good also, shopping with almost every brand in the world here.

The room are beautiful, well maintained and worth the $$ when you travel with your family.
The hotel itself is huge and you can find almost everything you need in it. From convenient stores to high end shopping, everything you need is in there....though maybe a little more pricey
Overall, if you are in Macau, this would be a great place to stay

Beautiful place especially at night when all the lights are up, room is spacious and well designed, bed is soo comfy, free lunch buffet is AWESOME! The Grand Canale shops ambience is relaxing and luxurious.

It's worth the higher room rate compared to other hotels. The concierge people are friendly and helpful. Indeed, it's one of Macau's most memorable destination spots.

Thr hotel is really nice and grand. Good tenants mix and a well mixed food court. Suite Room is big and conducive. Convenience to casino. The free shuttle should start early as 8 instead of 10 am. Shuttlle the Macau island is always packed. Should incease frequency such that the queueing time can be cut down. Price at food court quite dear and quality not that fantastic

I hv always like the hotel's with its architectural structure, grand environment, and lastly the casino. There are many places to explore, dine, shop, and relax.
I would recommend couples who would want to have a nice and romantic holiday here to Venetian.
