Nicely renov hotel
Very nice hotel with good food if you have the money

Check-in is an headache. Took more than 20 mins to check-in standing at the counter. (excluding the queneing time) need to pay for the internet connection in room while most of the hotel in China already threwing in this for free. The room is nicely renovated with good views! Good dinning experience in the hotel. Will try City of dreams next time. Anyway, still a good expeience stayed in the hotel.

The hotel is very GOOD, clean, and have a huge room, very comfort bed, its good to a family vacation for stay, the hotel have a shuttle bus to go everwhere, u can easily reach all at shuttle bus station at west loby hotel, its very nice

I am sure some of the rooms have a great view but the one we stayed in was very disappointing. We were looking at pipes and steel. Everything that you want or need is available within the Venetian. We only spent one night there but I wish we would have spent at least one more.

Venetian hotel
Comfortable, facilities like shuttle bus is very convinence.

Over whole the stay is good.
Room is obsolutely comfortable to stay.
The shuttle bus is convinence to go anywhere exspecially main point like airport and jetty.
However there is bad experience we had encountered is the bus driver was very unpolite and rude. Hotel management should train their staff more friendly and help all the tourists and customer.

The hotel has all the amenities that you require for your stay and more. The Grand Shopping Canal have plenty of shops to keep you entertain and there are many activities avilable for kids and those who do not want to gamble. The gambling area is large and buzzing with people. Compared to nearby hotels, Venetian has the best atmosphere and you get the best value with summer package which also give you free ferry ticket back to HK.

I really love Venetian in Macau and we will probably come back for vacation soon. I hope the rates would probably meet our budget especially the Royal Suite room. I hope next time around, will try to play at the casino =)

The room ambience is fantastic where you can just spend your day relaxing inside the room.

Overall the hotel is self-sufficient for a day of two if you intend to rest and not travel out to the city.
Shopping Tip:
You can get some good buys shopping at Venetian itself.

Can't get any better
everything is under one roof and there is nothing missing, so just perfect!

Although it was not the 1st time we stayed in the Venetian, it is just a perfect hotel with all the accomodation one can desire for.
Shopping Tip:
The shopping in the Venetian and the Four Seasons (under one roof) is comparable with Las Vegas, Paris and Milan, however all is under one roof.
