Great hotel, location was great.Staff speaks English. Easy to get too. Airport has free shuttle making it easy to get to the Venetian. The rooms were stellar. Ferry to Hong Kong 40 minutes. I have been to the Venetian in Las Vegas and this one is better in regards to cleanliness but not as festive. It is very sedate. No alcohol served, no night clubs.

the place is very beautiful, clean, staffs are very accomodating,very easy to travel from hotel to another place because they have their own bus available anytime. the hotel has many stores to shop (very good for shopping addicts) and restaurants. they also have a very big casino area and poker room. If ever i go back to macau i will definitely stay at venetian hotel again

Venetian is almost the best hotel that I've ever stayed. It just has everything you want and everything you think of. It's like a city in a hotel. The building, the rooms, the shops, the restaurant, the shows, of course the casino......are just there to satisfy everybody who stay or visit the hotel.
Sightseeing/Attractions Tip:
Macau is not so big, you can just choose one half day tour from the Cotai Travel on the first floor.

had a great stay at the hotel facilities such as room are good and the casino area is hugh. however as your staff member jill is aware we are not happy with the fact that the venetian sees fit to put embargo on our credit cards to cover the room even when we have paid the rooms up front through your company and presented vouchers on arrival and they acknowledged that we had paid for the room in full.this is and in conveiniance and not only that but it is wrong and caused some concern to us on an otherwise good holiday. it has been explained to us why and this embargo will take 14 days to be lifted for the amount in access of $800.00 US for an account that has already paid ?????

casinos are good if you are into this

I wanted to take a day trip to HK disneyland. But I had to take a ferry to Shuen Wan instead of HK airport port which is not convinient at all. The rest about venetain is perfect.
Shopping Tip:
The price at the shop is a little bit more expensive than in Hong Kong.

Got a pleasant surprise when I first entered the room. It was grand, with a great view. Kids loved the place. Bathroom was very nice too. Thought it was a bit too expensive though. Otherwise would definitely recommend the hotel.
