Venetian Macau - Royale
Its so beautiful, comfortable and classic. The shuttle bus was cool too. Loved it!!
6.7
The reception was kind to help us check in early as we were intending to drop our bags and head out to the border gate for a day. It is hard to feel any good service as there are so many people. Nevertheless, the waiting time wasn't long as we expected to be. Very organised!

Size matters
Terrific hotel, absolutely superb rooms, lots of interesting restaurants, great service
7.3
It is humongous. The mind reels and the eye glazes over when you see " miles upon miles" of casino tables. If you don't gamble, it is a waste. But the hotel has other interesting things- the gondola ride for eg. shopping is not so nice, rather expensive, but the restaurants have lots to offer. Stay on the higher floors, the view is terrific

Venetian Macau Resort
Big, Impressive Luxurious rooms
8
The suite room was impressive but the check in experience was not. The whole area was so crowded and the lifts to the rooms was so far - nearly got lost!
However, the hotel is so convenient as the casino, shopping centre and food court is just right below. A very good selection of international renowned brands available.
Very accessible transfer facilities to many other places within Macau - including the transfer to the nearby City of Dreams.

The best resting day
The hotel room is so comfortable!! Well maintainance, comfortable, cosy but luxuary and even good for a business stay. Fax, printer, internet excess are all on your working desk.
9.3
The hotel offer "the Spring Package" rate which is very very good deal!! we received 1) a comfy Royal suite room 2) a venetian voucher which we did redeem at Morton - the American Steak house that also serve very good dessert as well long list of wine! 3) The 2 breakfast can be changed to 2 lunch buffet.. in case you like to wake up late! this is a very good option as it allow us to rest 12 hours straight (first time in this year). 4) a Venetian souvenir is very nice. This is the best choice and we plan to return shortly.
Hotel Feature Tip:
Venetian is a complex of varies entertainments. You can enjoy a week stay with different activities though you don't do casino.

Great Trip... Good for Families!
The bed, room, toilet, dining and living room area was really comfortable. Staff could speak English and give proper directions and guide to town is a + as well. Lots to do at the Venetian... you can just sit back, relax and just chill your time away.
8
The hotel is far from the town although shuttle bus could get you back to the ferry terminal and from there you could change to other buses to get to the places of interest. However, if you are looking for a place to relax, Venetian would not disappoint. If sight-seeing is in the itineary, then probably a hotel nearer to the town area would be better. Other than that, would definitely return to Venetian for another stay.
