The service of the hotel is good. The staffs at the reception are friendly and helpful. The room is big and romantic. A good stay for couples who are on honeymoon. The hotel is connected to the shopping mall and hence shopping and eating are easily accessible. There are free shuttle bus service to the ferry terminals. Overall it's a good stay and worth the money.

Clean Big room with very nice design make me feel so comfortable. The hotel staff is very friendly and helpful. The hotel have nice food & shopping. The casino in the hotel is a nice place to past some time.

-had a free room upgrade and our room was facing the city of dreams complex, which was great. room was spacious but was there were a few dusts on tabletops.
-no free wifi.
-some shuttle bus queues were just too long.

Great hotel, very spacious room, very large hotel with complete entertainment and shopping. It's a shopping paradise for person who like to shops.
Since this hotel is very big, people is easy to get lost because the signs are only few and not too informative.
