Great hotel! Guest Rating: 3.7

It's very nice and beautiful. Big and clean rooms. Many interesting place to visit in the hotel i.e. the big casino, the shopping places and restaurants. Transportation provided by the hotel.

I have bought the promotion package (Autumn get away package), But the hotel didn't offer me the privilege i have to get at first, I have to ask for it for many times. Maybe the miscommunication and not the well arrangement or preparation of the hotel.

I feel like I was a princess, stayed in the palace...Wake up by sunshine and colorful sky by sunrise...Close my eye by glitter stars in the sky. So impressed here...Pay money in economy way to Europe...

Very beautiful decoration, room is super big nice view..I stayed on 22nd floor so can see all nice view of Taipa area...very friendly staff and many activities to do...

Too far for walking to the pool and it's too small if compare with the other nice decoration of the hotel..no water line in the toilet. Food is too expensive.. I was fool by tricky promotion of Autumn package, please read condition carefully.

The Venetian is amazing! The best hotel I've ever stayed in. And lucky lucky us, our room was upgraded to a Rialto suite free of charge! My wife couldn't stop saying OMG! Very luxurious. Check in was a breeze. We didn't have to wait an hour as other people have reported. They have a very nice Autumn Getaway package which we availed. It includes free breakfast, a buy-one-get-one-free Gondola Ride, and a free CotaiJet ferry ticket from Macao back to Hong Kong. Also the MOP$100 rebate is nice if you'd like to go to their spa, however the rates are very expensive. Along the lines of HK$1000 for a decent massage! Better to use it in one of the restaurants I think. The shopping area isn't really that big, we were able to cover most of it in half a day. The mall area is very well designed in a circular pattern. Mostly signature fashion items, bags, shoes, clothes etc. The girls will really love shopping there. The only lone shop there where mac and tech geeks like me won't be bored is DG Style. Its kinda like a small Apple Store.

Very luxurious. Beautiful, huge rooms. Perfect if you're on a honeymoon. I highly recommend everyone to stay at this hotel at least once in their life.

Expensive. But I guess thats the price you pay for luxury.

• Travel tip : If possible, book your stay during weekdays. Weekend rates are double. Also there's a bridge connecting the Venetian to Four Seasons hotel which also has some shops.

My stay in Venetian hotel resort in Macao is such a dream come true for me it was like a castle for me and I felt like a princess with the huge and fantastic designs of the room, especially the bed and the duvet it was really comfy, I had so much fun. I would like also to commend on the good and accommodating service of the front desk, concierge people especially the Filipino staff they spoke English very well and polite. I will definitely visit again Macau and will stay in Venetian hotel the best hotel in Macau.

I really liked the room it was very beautiful and cozy, also the service crew is very accommodating and efficient. I liked the shops a lot and the restaurants.

Need more sign destinations such as entrance, exit, entrance to west or north side room.

• Sightseeing/Attractions Tip : Yes of course, I would like to advise you always carry the hotel map with you.

Venetian Macao Hotel is wonderful Guest Rating: 4.7

I stayed here for a second time and still enjoyed everything at this hotel. The staff are nice and very friendly. I like the room very much, very well-furnished and huge. If possible to visit Macao again,I will choose Venetian for sure. Bamboo restaurant is good for lunch and not so high price and don't miss visiting the swimming pool, romantic and beautiful during the night.

Very comfortable and convenient for everything we need. Not expensive for shopping and staying. Staff is friendly and helpful.

Value for money. This is the best hotel that we have ever stay. Get impressed once you step into the hotel room with all the decoration and furnishing. Even the hotel main lobby, is nicely designed. The shopping mall and casino are big too. We were there during the heat wave season, the weather is hot and dry out there. But in the Venetian, you do not have to worry about the weather, as casinos, foodcourts, restaurants and shopping malls are all linked with air-conditioning. It's really a pleasurable stay!

- Big and nice room, especially the toilet, even provided with bubble foam and bath salt for the bath tub. - Comfort mattress and pillows.

We were awed at every turn. Amazing place, I wished for nothing, the pool was even the perfect temperature! The staff might have spoken a bit more english, but all in all they were were attentive and friendly. We enjoyed just about everything about this place. The rooms were beautifully decorated, nothing left undone. Beds were comfortable, bathrooms magnificent, etc.

Amazing hotel! Go there just for the amazement.

BIG, you could get lost looking for breakfast! Also the smoking from the casino comes up the stairs into the shopping areas.

• Nightlife Tip : Be sure to go to St. Marks square at night and see the beautiful 'night' sky.

Check-in procedure is great, many restaurants and most of the staff speak English. Gave us free cotai jet tickets. Very enjoyable stay.

The sight of the hotel was very impressive. However more awaits me when I enter the hotel. I was impressed by the tight security. The room was excellent in terms of comfort and toilet accessories were good. Business and office work can also be done in the room . Two plasma TV's is awesome. Excellent choice of food at the hotel food court.

The bedroom setting, tv cable network, and the swimming pool.

Late check-in and early check-out. Would be better if we could check out by 2pm.

Overall very good hotel, clean, and staff is friendly. Only problem is because the hotel is so popular too many people waiting for a cab; again lots of cab as well. So ended up ok but wish bit more lines for cab. Even if it is raining outside you can do lot of things: many shops, theaters, and casino. So I guess I enjoyed a lot.
