Big room, Nice decoration, full facilities, 5 swimming pools including kid pools and garguzi, wonderful food and shopping center.

Smoking smell all the time and all place in Hotel. But not much bad smell in room.

If you are looking for privillege hotel who provided full services such as free transfer (airport, Ferry, etc). They have no room lower than suit room (70 sqm up), good decoration, full facilities in room, 5 swimming pools including kid pools and garguzi. There are many restuarants and also wonderful food court and exiting shopping center.

Sightseeing/Attractions Tip : Don't forget to eat any food in Food court !!!

Very spacious suites; courteous staff; great value for money

None

I was surprised to find out that the room rates were excellently priced. However, inspite of the bargain rates, the number of guests was noticeably down compared to my last hotel stay in Jan 2008. Consequently, bars, coffee shops, restaurants and high end retail stores had relatively few guests. Hopefully, Venetian Macao gets back its usual occupancy once the economic downturn ends.

Amazing Hotel, well appointed rooms, excellent service and great Food!!!

Apart from the location of the hotel, which is quite far from the main town, there is no other cons for this hotel.

The Venetian is a self contained city in itself. Once you are inside the hotel building you need not go anywhere. It was a memorable stay at this hotel and not only the adults, the kids have lot to do!!!!!

There is a lot to do at the hotel, one cannot get bored. Even Children enjoyed themselves playing at the Cube. It is a gamers paradise!! The World's largest casino is a place to visit.

It is situat3d quite far from the main town

The stay at the Venetian was one the most pleasurable and memorable stay during our holidays in the far east. My wife and i shall be visiting Macau again ONLy to stay the Venetian!!! The hotel property, the shopping area, the Casino, the children's play area, restaurants are all amazing places and this hotel should be among the things one should see before he/she dies.

big and comfortable rooms; very modern hotel and facilities; no need to go far for dining and shopping; wide array of restaurants and bars

no free wifi; smoking allowed in the hotel

The stay was very enjoyable. Free shuttle rides from the ferry terminal make this hotel a great choice for tourists. You can get lost in the hotel, so hold onto your guide map.

The hotel decor, food choices and shopping

The walking distance to/fro the main lobby to the rooms are too tiring as we need to climb stairs with the luggage on hand

The hotel is splendid and we can splurge with the food and is a shopping paradise. The rooms are comfortable except that I thought initially it was very very big. The transport is equally convenient especially it's 5 mins away from the airport.

the rooms are exquisite, it gives you a feeling of being a royalty while billeted in one of the royal suites. the filipino housekeepers are very friendly and helpful. the hotel signs are very helpful, you'll never get loss in the vastness of the place.

the shops are really expensive, only fit for really winning casino players and the rich. it leaves an economy tourist whetting for the goods but could only do window shopping and envy those who can afford

I am giving the venetian a perfect 10 for the hotel design with a real canal and gondoliers. it is venice without the flood. the staff are very nice even if some of the chinese have difficulty in communication, they compensate with their gentle ways, but the filipinos more than made up for this communication problem, they are real assets in the hotel. i am encouraging my friends and relatives to stay there even for just a night, if and when they go visit macau. it's worth saving one's hard-earned money for.the shuttle service which are readily avaailable is a plus plus.

Sightseeing/Attractions Tip : the hotel in itself is a tourist attraction that satisfies one's love for beautiful sights. the shuttle service is worth the more than expensive category of the venetian hotel because one can easily reach whatever one wants to reach. the bus services to the hongkong and china ferry made going to the nearby territories a cinch and the airport service similarly was a convenience that could'nt go unnoticed for a middle class traveller.

Everything on one site No need to ever leave Rooms you never want to leave

Long Walk to anywhere Check In is chaotic and casino guests and hotel guests are mixed. Service is not that good and they dont seem to care, from the casino floor to the pool getting service was difficult.

The Venetian is an experience in itself, more of a resort than a hotel, the sheer size of it is unbelievable and it does take some getting used to. With everything under one roof you never need to leave the hotel. The rooms are comfortable and have everything you expect, the food is fantastic with a huge variety to choose from. The only disappointment was obtaining a drink whilst in the casino, service was bad and at times completely non existant to the point I gave up gambling and went to the Lounge where there was a fantastic group playing. I would return there again for the 8th time but I think with the other casino's now opening in Macau that it is time to try somewhere else to see if there is a decent service.

Beautiful guest rooms and amenities, staff were friendly and helpful.

the hotel is so big, you really need to keep track of where you are on the map - its easy to get lost!

we stayed one night at the Venetian and the room and amenities were fantastic, definitely what you expect from a 5 star hotel. The place is so big you need to be able to read a map well! The free shuttle buses to other hotels was great, it allowed us to see the casino's on the strip without any hassle

A really huge hotel, picturesque,Cladded with tourists throughout the day

The bad experience starts right from the check in to the shuttle bus where no one is there to help the guest with the luggage.Making a huge advertisement about luxury on the website, residents are expected to load their luggage themselves.Any good five star hotel across the world doesnt let their guest touch the luggage. Also On reaching the hotel,we were made to wait for a very long time and we finally carried our luggage till the bell desk due to unavailability of any kind of help. Finally after lot of problems we checked in to the room(3191) and were shocked to see an used sanitary napkin on the carpet. After lot of efforts we convinced your housekeeping staff to change our room. The next bad experience was at Bambu restaurant which served an array of similar or almost same menu every day and many items were not prepared in the kitchen but unhealthy packaged/processed food as agreed by the chef himself. Also the restaurant staff was non courteous and some what rude. As a cumulative result of all the above incidents experienced by us during our stay at the hotel,we would not recommend this hotel to any one.

Like the spacious of the suite and also very nice and relaxing atomshphere even it was a great big casino below.

too crowded with not much privacy guess most of people came with one intentions of have some hands and luck on casinos.

I would go back to Venetian as we love the room and like a one stop shopping and game and fun. Have take time to enjoy and not spending too much time in the casino then will be worthwhile staying in this hotel with your love ones. Will recommend people to stay in this hotel for sure.

Modern, Antoique, Clean, Excelent Service, High Class.

Distance from city, Food Court too expensive compare to the quality.

This is my second times stays at this hotel and I think I will set my mind to always come back to this place if I visit Macau. I have been to most cities in the world, including Vegas off course, and I think Venetian is definitely one of the very best in Asia. Although it is not a cheap hotel in Macau, but it is worth to try for all.

Restaurant Tip : Try Pinokio restauran Portugis Chinese food at Kham Chay area (ask the reseptionist the address, is about 7 mins by cab. The small restaurant in the sreet walk provide local cheap and nice foods!!
