Great hotel, great rooms, great facilities, Cirque Du Soleil was brilliant, also not to mentioned the fact that the hotel provides shuttle to quite a few places in Macao and absolutely heaven for shoppers. It also has quite a few good restaurants and bars - though the foodcourt actually serves up pretty decent local food. Services was fantastic and overall, an absolute joy to have spend a few days there.

Location.

The location where the hotel is situated is quite far away from the cultural aspects of Macao. If you love the casino, it probably has one of the better ones in Macao but if you want to spend some time understanding the history of Macao, be prepared to travel an hour to and fro the historic part of the city. And i find it weird that they don't sell two of the most famous items in Macao at the hotel, Egg Tart and Pork Chop Bun!

Travel tip : I think the casino's minimum bet is quite high. A quick walk over to Hard Rock Hotel, just a street away or you can take a shuttle bus, table's minimum bet are half of that of Venetian.

The interior of the hotel is beautiful, lots of shopping stall and great food to choose from. Room is big. Hotel is very accesible especially with the free shuttle service. Only hotel that has a shuttle service to the airport. Distance to airport 5 mins.

Too many people sometimes too noisy inside the hotel. More of a shopping mall ambiance rather than a hotel.

The hotel experience is great Lots of food to choose from ranging from western to asian, the price is also reasonableconsidering it's inside a hotel. Lots of things to do inside the hotel so you won't feel bored. The hotel staffs are well trained and respectful/helpful too. The only bad thing I noticed is sometimes especially on weekend the hotel tends to be crowded and noisy, makes you feel like in a market/mall rather than in a hotel. Very hard to take a good picture with so many people passing by.

Restaurant Tip : The bamboo restaurant offers very good lunch buffet that you must try!

We arrived early and was blessed with room availability so we managed to check in by 1030am. The rooms were beautifully furnished and very spacious. It has 2 queen-sized beds and a split level living room. There's no lack of activity at the resort, huge shopping malls, spoilt choices of restaurants.. The hotel also provide free transport to hotels that's near macau city centre for those who want to explore out of Taipa.

The hotel has very well landscaped swimming pools, but unfortunately, the pools are located very far away from the hotel lift lobby.. It's a long boring walk there..

Best 1 of the hotel was the very polite receptionist, the promo; we were offered to upgrade our room to veronA room type; n of course the room facility

The food are quite costing, the check in time was kindA late at 3pm

The room was amazing; we've been offered nicer room, however I found it quite hard too to find a way to some of the places as the info not tht clear enough. It's perfect getaway holidays

Hotel Feature Tip : Don't forget to bring swimwear they have nice outdoor pool, food is costin; stay min 2 night is better so u can watch any performance in there

My family love everything about venetian hotel. We travel to a few country but this is the best hotel we have stayed!. We like the space of the room, the interior design, the view from the hotel, the price (worth the money!), the shopping and the food court are very convenience especially when I have 3 small kids around!. We also enjoyed the activities that is happening in the venetian hotel and the services that we got was very good till we felt a warm welcome during our stayed. We brought a good and unforgetable memories back home!. We cant wait to have this opportunity to go back to venetian hotel again...

We have only 1 comment to share with your management that is to provide a bathroom/toilet lock. With 3 kids around, we really need a lock to have a bit of privacy inside the bathroom!!!

I am already happy to share my comments (stated above) to you!!!

Sightseeing/Attractions Tip : There are not many you can see near or around venetian hotel but to be able to stay and come to visit venetian hotel is more than enough!!!

beautiful suite, nice pool, great show

spa closed, too large

This is a beautiful resort hotel with a great show and casino. There are shops till you drop. The suite was wonderul. Unfortunately the hotel is so large that you are provided distances in meters to reach the pools. Not created for the handicapped. The cirque de soleil show is outstanding. Breakfast was a full buffet. The atmosphere is lively, entertaining and relaxing. A great honeymoon spot. The hotel provides a shuttle from the ferry; there is easy access from Hong Kong . Short stay delight.

Sightseeing/Attractions Tip : TAke a cab to Macao and walk the streets. Visit the old fort.

The Ambeince is just too good.

No Weaknesses @ all !!

Its an excellent property and all the things were just right !! Wtite fr the time of Pick Up fr the Ferry Terminal to the Drop at the Hotel all the things were just right and the staff was very polite, helpful and courteous. Inspite of 3000 number of Suites on offer the check in, hardly took us 15 mins. and the lugguage also followed in the same time. The Hotel has a fantastic casino and shopping area for shoppers and most of the world's top brands are available under 1 roof

A luxury hotel, well design and decoration. Discount from agoda made our stay value for the money.

The baggage claim service is very slow. Not enough staff provided at the pick up luggage point.

It is worth the value. We are amaze by many things to see at this luxury hotel. The food court is like venice. Though many people, we still felt not too crowded and still have space for ourselves. The shopping stores are awesome. The canals at each wing are just perfect for a romantic walk and some nice photos. The superior room is very big like staying in condominium. Love it all and will come again

Being an all suite hotel the rooms are extra large and very comfortable. The check-in process is fairly painless and the facilities are all first class.

The sheer size of the place. Getting around is time consuming. The location is very much a resort, if you are looking to see a lot of Macau stay on the peninsula.

The property itself is first class. The rooms are extra large. The sunken lounge area is visually impressive. However everything is a long way away from everything else. If you are keen on using the gym and pool, stay in the South Suites on a lower floor as it will save you some time and lift changing.

Hotel Feature Tip : Stay in the South Suites - they seem a little closer to some of the key amenities.

Architecture, scale of hotel

Pools were relatively inaccessible. A long walk...

The sheer size and scale of the project was quite enough to awe. This is my second visit to Venetian Macao and I was pleasantly surprised again. The checking in and out were surprisingly quick and painless this time despite my stay being across the weekend, which meant much more crowds this time. The sheer size and scale of the resort also meant it was like a mini city on its own - it was enough to keep me a non gamer occupied. Lastly Portofino restaurant there deserves a mention, cos the two times I were there, it did not fail to impress!

Sightseeing/Attractions Tip : Taipa Village - a nice enclave of restaurants. Go during the day.

Venetion Hotel in Maccau is a greta Hotel with a lot of facilities , resturants , bars , show's & shopping

the Hotel is very big but it need to give a more personal treatment to people

the Hotel is one of the best in the world. it provide full service that relate to fun , joy , leasure , business , etc. Location is not best because it is in the far side of the island but you don't really need to go out of the hotel . I will reccomend anyone that is looking to stay in the same place for few days to choose this hotel

Restaurant Tip : the japaneese resturant is very good , also the noodle place ( dragon )

Large, spacious and very comfortable hotel room. Great restaurant called Portofinos.

Walking through the casino to get to your room. Breakfast at FogoSamba was not as enjoyable as that served in Cafe Deco.

This is a great hotel, and we thoroughly enjoyed our stay. It was our wedding anniversary and from check in through to check out, the hotel staff went above and beyond to ensure we enjoyed our stay. The rooms were fabulous and very comfortable.

Hotel was beautiful and the rooms/suites were great. All rooms were split-level (totally suitable for those with families). Lots of different restaurants to choose from and also had a great food court. Grado Golf was alot of fun.

Casino was nice and huge but had way too many hookers just about everywhere you turned. Security seemed quite oblivious to that, maybe it was ok for the hotel to have that? Seems to me like it would give the hotel a bad name. As to the restaurants, patrons should be able to walk thru the casino WITH kids to go straight to the restaurants like in Las Vegas instead of having to leave the hotel and go in thru the back door of the hotel to get to the restaurants. That I found was very inconvenient.

The Venetian Hotel was simply beautiful, designed exactly the same as the original in Las Vegas. The rooms were almost identical, except it was just slightly smaller. There were lots of great restaurants scattered in and around the hotel, however, those located in the casino area, families were NOT allowed in. One of the negatives I found were: It was very inconvenient if you were there with your kids, to get to some of the restaurants. No kids (under 18) are allowed in the casino area even if just to get to the restaurants (unlike in Vegas where you can walk directly to the restaurant with your kids). We had to walk outside of the hotel and go thru the BACK door of the restaurant (if there was a back door) to get there. Overall, I would recommend staying at this hotel as it is truly a beautiful hotel if you can overlook these negatives.

Restaurant Tip : Morton's of Chicago steakhouse served slightly more than decent food, but not great. It was highly overpriced for what you got. The Cirque du Soleil Zaia show was great - NOT to be missed. Only shown in Asia, not anywhere else in the world.
