stay once but won't be back again

given the price it is charging, I would have expect better quality. Not saying it is bad but it is average. It is convenient for shopping and casino, and shows, but if you want to see the heritage/historical part of Macao, it is not recommended. It is very popular because of the casino so to avoid if you don't like over crowded and noisy hotel lobby.

Comfortable, the room is spacious, and quite a variety of choices for the buffet.

The hotel is nice though a bit crowded in shopping area. I think it is a bit smoky in the casino, my clothes caught the smell of cigarette which I was just passing by. Also the signs for directions are not clear enough.

great free bus services, endless shopping and casinos

Asked for non smoking room but when I finally found room other side of casino it was as if someone had just finished smoking a pack of cigarettes just before I entered room. Took a while to get transferred to new room. Apart from initial hicup it was an enjoy stay

There is shuttle service to airport, ferry terminal and other places. The room is quite large. The beds are comfortable. Hotel staff are helpful. We spent almost all day in the shopping complx. We might have enjoyed the stay more if we are interested in gambling. One thing is we have to walk through the casino for lifts and there are smokers, eventhough there are no smoking signs but nobody seems to care.
