you have to walk straight back facing custom building to the hotel about 10 min walk till you see a triangle garden.

Good location near zuhai border gate.

Room is too small . location is convenient which is near to the border gate where free shuttle buses to various famous hotel such as Venetian is provided. Alots of shops in this area.
Travel tip:
Walking distance to most tourist spot.

we arrived late at night, but found no difficulty in finding the hotel since it is laid on the big street. taxi driver knows where the hotel is. hotel is well accessible. the room is a little bit too small, but clean. and unfortunately we got a very high rate since it is during china national day period and also during macau sale period. we only stay 1 night in macau and it was rainy so we only have a chance to visit senado square.

even this hotel is far from the city but it is still a great place to stay in. it is quite convenient to look for food convenient stores and etc. transportation are quite convenient as well and the people there are friendly.

Convenient location if visitor wish to cross over to zhu hai. It's just about 15-20 mins walk from the hotel.
It's also not very far from Casino Lisboa. Just take a bus opposite the hotel that cost MOP3.20, the bus journey is less than half an hour.
Not to expect the hotel staff to be helpful or friendly.

rude frontdesk, nobody speaks reasonably english. Maps etc are only provided in chinese language. Restaurant has also no english menu. Nobody in restaurant speaks 1 word of english.

Friendly & passion staff to solve customer problem

i have postponed my check in date one day after and my problem was finally solve by the hotel front office staff, who is just a little girl but managed to cool me down and solve the problem with full passion from mid-night until 1.00am
althrough i was very upset with the arrangement by agoda, but the hotel able to adjust the best to suit customer. well done & great service.

Hotel Staff not accomodating

Room smells bad. Hotel reception staff cannot help you with anything.. they never entertain us. They don't answer back and pretend they were talking over the phone. We won't be booking again in this hotel
