A hotel to relax and enjoy Macau
The room, the balcony view is fantastic; The staff so helpful in arranging activities; The beach and sea only 100m away

Forget the Cotai strip hotels with their plastic architecture the Westin Resort Hotel has been around for some years and still is a wonderful place to stay for a romantic getaway or family with children. The hotel is warm and very friendly and has some of the best stay rooms in Macau. The balcony 5m by 6m is fantastic (for a romantic breakfast) and the sea view rooms give wonderful views across the Hac Sac beach. The beach is 100m from the hotel and there is a wonderful beach restaurant 200m away (Miramar) serving some of the best Portuguese food in Macau. If you need to visit the Cotai Strip it's a US$7 taxi ride away.or if you have children take a 20 min walk to the reservoir where there is a boating lake and play area. We hired a car from Avis at a very reasonable price and parking is free at the hotel.
We got a 30% saving on room rate and an upgrade room it's best to get a room rate that includes breakfast, which is adequate.

Long overdue for a renovation
Attentive filipino staff; Large well-designed resort hotel; Quiet location with a couple of good Macanese restaurants within walking distance.

Shabby paintwork and general lack of maintenance gives the impression that Westin either plans to relocate, or renovate in a major way. Majority of staff are filipino and do a great job, a minority of others provide a service that would be unacceptable in a 3 star hotel.

It is a resort feel hotel, rarely in Macau.
pretty view, far from urban area, and nice services.

Overall is above average standard, however, the hotel is a bit old, it should be furnished to be more competitive. If the hotel guest can also enjoy the right of using the golf club facilities, such as restaurants, it will be more attractive.

Rooms a bit dated, carpet old, old fashioned box television and old wardrobes but otherwise room and bathroom were very large.
Free shuttle bus to go to Venetian hotel and also to Ferry terminal.
Free wifi only available in lobby.

Hotel staffs are very nice and efficient. Got free wifi at public area. free shuttle bus to city centre and ferry terminal to Hong Kong. Good quiet place for relaxing and enjoying.

オフシーズンでとてもレートが良かったので1泊しました。
コロアンという繁華街から遠く離れた場所にあってとてものどかなところなので、
カジノと併設の場所にありがちな喧騒やタバコの煙（たばこに関してはそろそろ
条例が出来そうですが）が苦手な人にはとても良いホテルだと思います。
（そこは私もとても気に入りました）
ただ、海に面しているので全体的な建物の傷みが見られます。
バルコニーも塩害のせいかサビも多いです。
お部屋は広々としていてきちんとメインテナンスされていますが全体的に少し湿気を感じ、一番困ったのは、シャワーが独立ブースだったのは嬉しかったのですが（ハンドシャワーはなく固定シャワーのみ）シャワーブースの排水が悪く、使っているうちに（数分で）お湯がどんどん足元に溜まってしまうことです。（お部屋によるかもしれません）
Restaurant Tip:
ポルトガル料理のフェルナンドまで車で5分ぐらいです。
