this hotel has been in the renovation during 10 am to 5 pm that you may be upsetted.
however, the location is great, nearby the senado square, just walk s few minute, you will touch the impression with interesting places.
reception can communicate via english with nice support.

"Good Location"
"Good Location" near Senado square and recommended places.

Convenience to walk to recommended area as good location.
However, we found smoking smell in the room.
Front reception could communicate via English and gave us with nice service.

Great Location, but no Wifi

great location and near to st paul. also near to eatery shop lots. kettle for boiling water is provided.
require for deposit upon check in
no wifi provided. the bed is hard. only 2 pillow is given, too soft.
not located at main road, difficult for taxi driver to locate this place. google map provided is not accurate.

Good location but bad feature

The location is so good, the front staff was so helpful. When we entered the room it was ok. Everything was seem good but the air condition was not function well. It was very hot then I called to the front staff, he sent us an old man with look badly to fix it. Once he entered my room he look at my girl friend with ugly smile, he took of his shoe and steped on the bed and just press on the air condition remote. Then he said that it was ok, which was in fact it was not ok. He stared at my girl friend and smile ugly. We want him to go out quickly. We felt so disgust, and felt that that bed was so dirty till we didn't touch that bed. Then we slept on one bed. On the night time we couldn't sleep well because aicoir was very hot (air condition didn't work), moreover we felt so itchy the whole night, we guessed that they never clean bed sheet. It was our nightmare in Macao.

Great Location and spacious room

The hotel is located just beside the famous shopping belt of Macau and the sightseeing spot St Paul ruins area. The bad point is this hotel is inside the small road which is not very noticeable along the main road. Need to be alert in locating the hotel when searching for it. Room is spacious and clean, worth the price for it great location and the spacious room. Will definitely come back for this hotel when in Macau again.

Good location but would not use again

Firstly, I booked here from the good reviews and high scre, but this is not a 'Hotel'. I insisted to taxi driver that I wanted to get to 'Jan Hing' hotel. He scolded me about it saying i was a fool and there is no such hotel and that he knows all the hotels in Macau. Anyway, it says quite clearly that it is Jan Hing Hotel on the booking form so I showed him but he was adamant. I called the 'hotel' and asked for directions and to verify name. He told me its Jan Hing Bun Gwoon which means Motel. Having got there, the place is was very disappointing. Upon entering my room, the air was very smelly, just the smell of an old room or renovation smells, anyway it was bad. Cleanliness seemed a bit off too, whether its just because of the old wooden furniture making me imagine everything is dirty is another matter. I dont like old furniture.
Now the bed, whilst the bed was ok, the pillows left a lot to be desired. They looked big and comfortable, but once you put your head down onto it, it flattens out to about 1mm. Even using 2 they still flattened to nothing.
I do not know how this place is rated so highly, higher than many proper hotels on this site.

Great location but no security

Small, need to queue up....longtime waiting lift....security to be improve..., renovations is a good step to toward to comfortable..
Actually booked 2 nights but I only stay 1 night due to....security to cause us move out...
