The room was spacious, but unfortunately a bit stuffy and smelled of cigarette. Room was well equipped with necessary amenities. Entrance was under renovation.

Although the hotel is very near to Sanado square and its shopping attaction,it is on a narrow sloping street surrounded by old and worn-out buildings.Most taxi drivers do not know where it is. Guest taking taxi will need the help from recptionist to call for one and if lucky.
Hotel rooms are actually quite old and needed a makeover badly.it is more like a motel indtead and does not have facilities. There is no decent lobby.

The location of the hotel is hard to find, hard to communicate with the receptionist.but its location is perfect -walking distance from senado square. If your riding a cab just tell the driver to bring you to ginza hotel. Addtl landmark ( esprit outlet store)

If you have language issues with the guy on the desk, get him to call the manager or someone else. They can speak english and are very helpful.

Horrible Location-even cab drivers couldn't find it! Bed was as hard as concrete! Nobody spoke English! If you're English Speaking-Stay Away from Towns Well Motel!!!

Horrible Part of Macau!! Stay at a name-brand hotel!! Waste of Money!!
